This is my competitive Sliver EDH brew. It is designed to get out Overlord as quickly as possible while trying to tutor for the sliver protection cards (Hivelord & Crystaline specifically) on the same turn. The deck has been tuned to run consistently while having a few different ways to wipe out the rest of the players at the table. With so many "Sliver Bullets" to get through for lethal, Overlord gives plenty of options for normal combat wins and removal of pesky problems. The deck also has strong combo wins.

Combos:

Sliver Overlord + Amoeboid Changeling = Permanently steal any creature

Sliver Overlord + Morophon, the Boundless + Mana Echoes = Play every sliver in the deck. Due to Morphon lowering the cost of each sliver by WUBRG, the only remaining costs are the generic mana costs. You will need a total of three mana available (Mana Echoes would provide at least two on the turn you play the second of Sliver Overlord or Morphon, the Boundless) with both Overlord and Morphon in play. First, search out Crystalline Sliver for protection and possibly any and all of the WUBRG Slivers. Each one will net positive mana from Mana Echoes each time they enter the field. This positive mana will be used for the subsequent tutors and then any additional generic mana costs.

Sliver Queen + Basal Sliver + Lavabelly Sliver = Infinite damage & life.

Sliver Queen + Ashnod's Altar + Lavabelly Sliver = Infinite damage & life.

Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and colorless mana. If you cannot attack (either through lack of haste or cards like Ensnaring Bridge), Lavabelly Sliver will end it. Also, thanks to the always-net positive mana Acidic Sliver wins on the spot or Necrotic Sliver also removes all opponents' permanents.

Sliver Queen + Heartstone + Basal Sliver = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and B mana. See above for uses of unlimited mana and slivers.

Sliver Queen + Heartstone + Ashnod's Altar = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and colorless mana.

Sliver Queen + Biomancer's Familiar + Basal Sliver = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and B mana.

Sliver Queen + Biomancer's Familiar + Ashnod's Altar = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and colorless mana.

Sliver Queen + Training Grounds + Basal Sliver = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and B mana.

Sliver Queen + Training Grounds + Ashnod's Altar = Unlimited 1/1 Slivers and colorless mana.

Sliver Queen + Basal Sliver + Dormant Sliver = Draw entire library.
