Voltron deck built around free equips and insane card draw.

Deck focuses on loading multiple equipment on a few key characters and using others to power card draw triggers and take advantage of equipment-tribal buffs. Plenty of ramp from equipment (either through taps for mana or using Cloud to generate treasure tokens), plus added ramp from land tutors. Equipment-focused ramp helps reduce cast and equip costs (including to free) or speed up equipment drops, allowing high-flexibility in tuning combat and also equipment triggers.

Equip tutoring should focus on bringing either Blade of Selves or Helm of the Host out to drop before casting Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER so he can immediately equip. Which depends on mana and equip-ramps on the table.

Deck has a somewhat tuned mana base, but cost can be substantially reduced by dropping expensive dual and fetch lands at a cost of about 1 turn in efficiency.

Helm of the Host can be dropped if you have at least Blade of Selves to further reduce cost - the key for max card draw and treasure token generation is having multiple Clouds in combat; having them survive the turn is a bonus.
