My goal with this deck is to have fun spreading chaos while working toward a life total win condition. Zedruu the Greathearted enables me to give away permanents, then gain life and draw cards based on how many of my permanents are controlled by other players. Several additional spells enable me to give away permanents (e.g. Bazaar Trader) or exchange control with another player (e.g. Shifting Borders). Other permanents are chosen because their associated abilities cause them to move from player to player, such as Loxodon Peacekeeper. I have several options that remove the limit on hand size, such as Spellbook, and an alternate win card that protects me from losing because I've drawn my entire deck (Laboratory Maniac). My life gain alternate win is assured by Felidar Sovereign or Test of Endurance, while other enchantments protect me from attack - particularly Enchanted Evening + Sphere of Safety . Remaining cards emphasize control or ensure that I have plenty of permanents to benefit/protect me or give away. I appreciate any suggestions of cards to include in the core mechanic of my deck, Commander/EDH staples, or general permanents to keep/give away.

Goblin Festival - 50% chance of leaving my control when I use it

Reliquary Tower & Thought Vessel - remove cap on hand size and provide colorless mana

Venser's Journal - removes cap on hand size and life gain

Springjack Pasture - creates goat tokens (can be given away), mana, & lifegain

Felidar Sovereign & Test of Endurance - win condition: I keep my life total above 40/50

Master the Way & Psychosis Crawler - win condition: I really didn't want to do this, but now I have to kill you
