- Nekusar, the Mindrazer's Wheel / Mill Control -

Concept: Disrupt your opponents by using the core of Nekusar's forced draw kit, forcing them to discard their hand and then mill their library out of the game. This deck was inspired by the modern deck Deck Breaker 2000 that I had built a while back.

Bloodchief Ascension / Liliana's Caress / Raiders' Wake / Waste Not all play off the wheel discard affects.

Chopping Block:

Structural Distortion / Volcanic Offering / Chandra Ablaze / I'm considering swapping these three out. I included Chandra initially because her abilities align with the deck and using her -7 could hit for multiple wheel affects. If I take any more red spells out of the deck it would reduce her effectiveness.

Potential Swaps:

Whispersilk Cloak - gets my effect on damage creatures through to my opponents

Howling Mine / Underworld Dreams - improve Nekusar mechanics
