Background

I've been playing Commander for two years now on every online platform magic is playable on and I finally have settled on a locale where I can actually play in person. For my first on paper commander I wanna go ninjas as it's the most fun deck I've played in this format and ideally would like to stay under 100 USD without gimping myself too hard.

The Jist

AFAIK: Ninjas ✓ Ninjutsu Enablers(Unblockables) ✓

Would like to improve on:

• Mana Base
• Scrys for Yuriko (Less with more impact)
• Easy access to ~5 counters
