The primary avenue to winning is by abusing unlimited mana, unlimited ETB triggers, or unlimited cast triggers via the established Food Chain Misthollow Griffin/Eternal Scourge combo. Most mid (turn 6 and beyond) to late game lines of play should be considered with that end in mind.

Abbreviatons

FCC (Food Chain Combo) - Exile Misthollow Griffin or Eternal Scourge to Food Chain and recast the creature an arbitrary number of times to generate unlimited, colored creature mana. Use that mana to cast Derevi. Once in play, exile her to Food Chain and recast. Repeat to generate unlimited tap/untap triggers.

IDT (Infinite Derevi Triggers) - Casting Derevi an arbitrary number of times via the Food Chain combo allows for unlimited tap/untap triggers.

Food Chain Combo Wincons

Azami - Draw deck via IDT.

Momir Vig - Allows you to tutor and draw any or all creatures in your library via unlimited Derevi casts. Most of the time, your target will be Azami so you can draw your deck.

Yisan, the Wanderer Bard - IDT's allow you to tutor any creature to the battlefield. That usually means Azami.

Capsize - IDT's allow you to bounce your opponents' board.

Blue Sun's Zenith - IDT's allow you to draw your library and/or deck your opponents.

Helm/Rest in Peace - IDT's allow you to exile any number of libraries.

Walking Ballista - IDT's for an arbitrarily large Walking Ballista to kill the table.

Soul of the Harvest - Draws deck via FCC and unlimited creature casts.

Non-Food Chain Related Wincons

Helm/Rest in Peace - Even without FCC, this can easily knock one or more opponents out of the game. Especially, if you are able to untap Helm with Derevi for multiple Helm activations.

Early game Survival of the Fittest > Jin Gitaxis > Loyal Retainers chain - Reaninmating Jin Gitaxis in the first few turns is usually the correct line of play in the early game. He will almost always draw you seven cards, and if he survives a trip around the table, that's pretty much game over. It's also worth noting that while he will get removed if an opponent can do so, they generally won't attempt it until it's their turn to force their opponent's to discard their hand.

Cards That Get Us There

The Usual Bant Tutor Package - Worldly Tutor, Enlightened Tutor, Mystical Tutor, Eladamri's call.

Idyllic Tutor - The weakest tutor in the list. Pretty much there for Food Chain, but other important targets are wincon enablers like Rest in Peace and Survival of the Fittest.

Bring to Light - Finds anything we need, even Food Chain via Idyllic Tutor or Enlightened Tutor.

Eldritch Evolution/Birthing Pod - With restrictions, these cards can find any creature based wincon we need while providing good access to our deck for utility. Derevi is ideal fodder for both.

Yisan - Great synergy with Derevi's untap ability. Can find any creature based wincon or utility creature we need.

Wargate - Gets us any permanent we need.

Green Sun's Zenith - Mostly for utility. Can Also find Momir or Soul of the Harvest.

Momir Vig - Finds any creature we need off of a Derevi cast.

Survival of the Fittest - Finds any creature we need. Also enables an early Jin Gitaxis
