Just trying out this Virtus and Gorm budget deck. Most of the effects needed for the theme of luring and halving opponents life-totals are quite cheap, so I was wondering what the best strength to cost ratio would be with this deck. I didn't set a specific limit to how expensive the deck could get, but I chose not to include cards over $5, unless a card was really integral for the strategy (looking at you, Quietus Spike).
