Vraska, Swarm's Eminence Discussion
Have you considered any combination of Archetype of Finality and Vraska, Swarm's Eminence ? AoF will give Hooded Blightfang more of a kick and VSE will put +1/+1 couners on your commander. Both of these together, along with any combination of Nesting Grounds and Power Conduit will allow you to move around +1/+1 counters. Another Land you may want to consider is Llanowar Reborn

Remove Vraska, Swarm's Eminence
add Ohran Frostfang
also toss in some trample effects in (Elvish Herder, Rancor)
dramatically lower the number of 5+ cmc to 5 cards maximum
your going to struggle if fynn goes into a late game so focus on ending the game early
heres an artical that may be helpfull How To Build Aggro
just keep in mind that advise is for a 60 card format
so when they say something like 8-12 1 drops in commander that would be mofre like 16-32 1 drops

Helm of Obedience if not going combo route
Arisen Gorgon Too dependant on Liliana being on the field
Gorgon Recluse Too high CMC for what you do
Infernal Medusa Medusa /= Gorgon
Keepsake Gorgon Too high mana for one and done
Korozda Gorgon Too high CMC && not running heavy +1+1 Presence
Ohran Viper As you are in blue, you have better options for card draw, especially because this one means you have to deal damage to player first.
Oona's Blackguard Cut unless you are rogue heavy
Pitiless Gorgon All your snakes will typically have deathtouch or be able to gain it, at 3 mana this should do more.
Gaze of the Gorgon A little too high mana but hilarious at the same time.
Vraska, Relic Seeker Might be better for pirate deck, it's not on flavor at all here, and not in line with or as powerful as your other walkers.
Vraska, Swarm's Eminence This is useful however high mana for what it does, totally up to you, this could go either way.
Chromatic Lantern To ensure you make colors. Given you're going heavy black we may need to revise this item.
Chevill, Bane of Monsters super value at 2 cmc
Baleful Strix Super value at 2cmc, fly, dedtouch, card draw
Fathom Feeder value town, and if you yank combo pieces this can help facilitate a win with it's ability
Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons 2cmc, high high values and makes SNEKS!!!!
Hythonia the Cruel Yeet cannons all non-gorgon creatures + big creature
Seshiro the Anointed SNEK SNEK +2+2 to all SNEKS! Draw card wen snek do damage!
Kaseto, Orochi Archmage Unblockable +2+2 SNEKS!
Prowling Serpopard Make's your Sneks and Gorgon's Un-Counterable
Stonecoil Serpent cool snek, but I think you might already have cooler in deck & on list
Orochi Hatchery Funny stuff this one, totally up to you
Bow of Nylea all creatures get deathtouch + more check this one out
Ohran Frostfang Gives attacking creatures you control ded touch and when your creatures damage a player, draw a card.

Labone I'll preface this by saying I have not quite developed this deck to its fullest potential. My casual playgroup finds this deck very frustrating to play against in the casual meta, so I've abandoned it for now unfortunately.
For the planeswalker, Vraska the Unseen was originally in Garruk, Cursed Huntsman's spot. I choose Garruk for two reasons: he has card draw attached to removal which can net two two cards per dead creature when combined with Chevill. And secondly I simply like the theme of Garruk better. Any Vraska would still be a good addition, but I would personally not use Vraska, Swarm's Eminence for reasons I will explain below.
This is not a deathtouch tribal deck, this is a removal tribal deck. The difference being that this deck values simple removal spells such as Doom Blade over good deathtouch creatures such as Vampire Nighthawk.
From the cards you mentioned: Hooded Blightfang, Leyline Prowler, Vampire Nighthawk, Poison-Tip Archer, Ochran Assassin, Hornet Queen, Archetype of Finality, Gifted Aetherborn are all deathtouch creatures. While they are good creatures on their own, they are not the focus of this deck so they are left out for lower CMC removal spells.
Titan Hunter isn't a bad idea, lifedrain is a viable win condition for this deck.
Ravenous Chupacabra: A very mana inefficient removal spell. Without any recursion in the deck to make it shine, it doesn't stand up to the many 2 drop removal spells.
Hope this helps.

Hey SnakeByte77 I took a look and Vampire Nighthawk isn't legal in pioneer unfortunately. If it were I would think it would be worth adding. I like that it picks up counters from Vraska, Swarm's Eminence really well. Making a modern version of this deck would be cool as well. Thanks for the comment!

Cool deck, I’m partial to Golgari myself and find the idea of a deathtouch deck interesting.
You might want to look at Vraska, Swarm's Eminence, the uncommon from WAR. Her passive ability is that whenever one of your creatures with deathtouch damages a player or planeswalker, it gets a +1/+1 counter. Her minus creates deathtouch assassin tokens.
Also, Acidic Slime is a deathtoucher with an ETB removal effect stapled on it. It was reprinted in C20 so it should be easy to find.
If you are looking for cards to close out the game, Overwhelming Stampede is a classic for a reason. I tend to prefer it over Overrun, though there’s no reason you can’t run both. It’s also pretty affordable and was reprinted in C19.
One last suggestion is Ohran Frostfang from Modern Horizons, which gives all your attacking creatures deathtouch and draws you a card when they damage a player. It basically makes your opponents choose between losing a creature or giving you a card every time you swing in. I think it’s better than Archetype of Finality from THB, which doesn’t give you the card draw, but might also be worth a look.
