First time building a deck from the bottom up. Its base was Budget Commander Nekusar deck but I'm currently adding in other cards. Basic idea is try and get everyone drawing cards with Nekusar (duh) but be able to turn on a self draw damage machine with Niv/Locust and go more offensive with some extra counters if the table starts turning on me (my play group 100% would gang up). Any additional help, tips, and advice or suggestions would be awesome.
