Draw ad infinitum. Self mill.

The idea of this deck is to combo Niv-Mizzet, Parun with either Curiosity, Ophidian Eye or Tandem Lookout and win with either Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. You can also do the combo with Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind.

It is also possible to win if you have enough mana to cast Omniscience, and you have it in your hand together with Enter the Infinite. You cast Omniscience, Enter the Infinite, then either Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and then finish using a draw spell.

We have many counter spells in the deck, to control your opponents a little, and you can take advantage of Isochron Scepter if you use it with Arcane Denial, Counterspell, Narset's Reversal.

If you combo off and start to draw and don't have Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries out, be sure to have enough mana to cast Laboratory Maniac with Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. You'll eventually draw both of them and then you can just win.

For creature defences, we have Murmuring Mystic, Talrand, Sky Summoner and The Locust God, which will generate tokens to use as blockers.

This deck is still a WIP, I intend to put more lands in it, but the spells I mentioned are definitely staying.
