Originally inspired by wanting to make something of Hellkite Tyrant and a bunch of artifacts, I decided to go with Mishra. From there, I found a post at MTG Salvation and an article at Gathering Magic that came out as I was working on this. I've seen several other articles and decklists exploring the idea since, the most recent from Bennie Smith.

Commander combos:

Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Possibility Storm = buy one artifact, get one free

Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Praetor's Grasp or Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Psychic Intrusion or Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Stolen Goods or Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Spelljack or Havengul Lich + Mishra, Artificer Prodigy or Mindleech Mass + Mishra, Artificer Prodigy or Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Nightveil Specter or Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Silent-Blade Oni or Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Thada Adel, Acquisitor or Grinning Totem + Mishra, Artificer Prodigy or Mishra, Artificer Prodigy + Ornate Kanzashi = play other people's artifacts, get your copy free

To support this plan, mana rocks and other artifacts were selected based on their frequency of use in decks. Utility cards like Memory Lapse and Hinder have the bonus of setting up the top of a target deck for a steal effect.

Sensei's Divining Top/Scroll Rack are powerful because any artifact cast with Mishra out will let you shuffle away the stuff you don't want.

Etherium Sculptor + Future Sight + Sensei's Divining Top = infinite draw

Mindslaver + Prototype Portal +10 mana = lock a player

Mindslaver + Prototype Portal + Unwinding Clock +10 artifact mana (from rocks/artifact lands or Mycosynth Lattice) = lock everyone

Knowledge Pool + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir = lock everyone

Hellkite Tyrant + Mycosynth Lattice = take all permanents, likely win next upkeep
