There are no basic lands in the deck. Activate Hermit Druid and put your library into your graveyard. Reanimate the Necrotic Ooze, and win either of the following combos.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Devoted Druid: Tap Necrotic Ooze to put a copy of it into play. Tap the copy to put a copy of it into play, repeat until you feel you have lethal on board. Put a -1/-1 count onto the Tokens, not the original, to untap them. Proceed to combat for the win.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Mogg Fanatic : If for some reason you lose devoted druid or want to go off on another players turn, you use Mogg Fanatic 's ability to sacrifice the tokens to deal 1 damage to target creature or player.

Necrotic Ooze + Devoted Druid + Morselhoarder + Spikeshot Elder: Once you reanimate Necrotic Ooze, you make infinite mana by putting -1/-1 counters on Necrotic Ooze from Devoted Druid's ability, and removing them to make mana of any colour from Morselhoarder 's ability. Once you've generated a comfortable amount of mana, you activate the Spikeshot Elder's ability, hold priority, and add as many of these abilities onto the stack as you require to knock out your opponents.

Ways to reanimate include:

Dread Return, Life/Death, Reanimate, Postmortem Lunge , Unearth, Victimize, Shallow Grave , Necromancy, Animate Dead.

Ways to setup the graveyard:

Buried Alive, Entomb

Tutoring:

Cruel Tutor , Demonic Tutor, Diabolic Intent, Gamble , Sylvan Tutor, Chord of Calling, Shred Memory, Worldly Tutor , Vampiric Tutor, Survival of the Fittest, Fauna Shaman .

It's possible to win on turn 1. This is why hermit druid is banned in legacy. It enables degenerate bullshit.
