Welcome to Wort's World! Party time! Mana ramp! Do you want to overrun the table with a Massive Raid of tokens? Do you want to draw 20 cards in one turn? Do you want to bring down the thunder with Craterhoof Behemoth and Purphoros, God of the Forge to kill all your friends in one turn? Wort, the Raidmother will get you there with her adorable goblin babies.

This is a spellslinger/token deck. Which I find to be absolutely unique. You get to cast a lot of instants and sorceries but still swarm the board with creatures. Wort provides incredible value with giving you the ability to copy your spells, whether they be ramp, card draw, removal, or ploppin' more tokens on the board.

Card Discussion

Tokens

Artifact Mutation: This card is always useful. Destroying an artifact and getting tokens is really powerful for 2 mana.

Avenger of Zendikar: Army in a can and a powerhouse in this deck. This deck ramps a lot with lands so triggering landfall is easy.

Beacon of Creation : It's easy to have a lot of forests in play so this makes 5+ tokens for 4 mana.

Dragon Fodder: A cheap, efficient token maker.

Dragonlair Spider : This will make a lot of tokens in a multiplayer game.

Hordeling Outburst: A cheap, efficient token maker.

Hornet Queen: My deck lacks fliers so this card is necessary to protect against flying creatures. No one wants to attack into deathtouch blockers.

Krenko, Mob Boss: He's really good with Wort and can snowball hard.

Molten Birth : It's not the most efficient token maker, but it's nice that it has a chance to go back to hand.

Omnath, Locus of Rage: Landfall is easy to trigger, and there are other cards in the deck that make elementals so this card is all around good.

Spontaneous Generation: I don't have a problem keeping a lot of cards in my hand so this is very efficient for the cost.

Tempt with Vengeance: Very powerful. This will close games usually.

Young Pyromancer: A good early game play that gives you a steady stream of tokens.

Land

Not a lot to discuss here, but I run a few utility lands.

Kessig Wolf Run: It's possible to get commander damage kills with this land. It's useful when you have a lot of mana but nowhere to use it.

Reliquary Tower: This deck draws a lot of cards so this is nice to have.

Draw

Cathartic Reunion: It doesn't look very good until you realize copying it with Wort lets you discard 2 and draw 6 cards.

Collective Unconscious: Strictly worse than Shamanic Revelation, but redundancy is nice.

Harmonize: Decent card draw with no hoops to jump through. A rarity in green.

Regal Force: This gives creature tutors more utility by letting them grab regal force for more card draw.

Shamanic Revelation: This lets you draw 20+ cards in one turn easy. The ferocious isn't too relevant here.

Skullclamp: Too powerful to not run with all the x/1's in the deck.

Sylvan Library: This puts you ahead by letting you pay life for extra cards. A truly broken card that only costs 2 mana.

Tireless Tracker: This deck ramps with land a lot so this guy is really good in here.

Tormenting Voice: Copying this lets you discard 1 and draw 4.

Tutor

Chord of Calling: This is the best tutor in the deck. Convoking at instant speed makes this card phenomenal.

Green Sun's Zenith: It grabs green creatures which this deck has a useful assortment of. It's basically a Tooth and Nail when you copy it.

Primal Command: The tutor is nice for filling your hand with gas like Regal Force or a win con like Purphoros.

Tooth and Nail: The tutor that brings dread to your enemies when they see it hit the stack. Usually this spell gets countered on sight, but Wort helps it resolve by copying it.

Ramp

Cultivate: I like this since it puts you ahead a turn and ensures you have a land to play next turn.

Explosive Vegetation: This puts you ahead two turns which lets you get Wort out quick.

Farseek: Cheap and finds non basic lands.

Harvest Season : Good synergy with Wort for getting a lot of lands.

Exploration: It's cheap and gives you a nice engine to get ahead of your opponents.

Kodama's Reach: A second cultivate, which I like.

Nature's Lore: It's cheap, grabs non basic lands, and enters untapped.

Oracle of Mul Daya: This card is insane. It draws you lands off the top and ramps you.

Sakura-Tribe Elder: He ramps, he conspires, he wears a skullclamp. He's flexible.

Skyshroud Claim: Two lands untapped and you get to grab non basics. Wow.

Sol Ring: Commander staple.

Wood Elves: Useful since it's a Nature's Lore plus a creature for conspiring.

Removal

Artifact Mutation: Cheap artifact removal with upside.

Beast Within: Hits any permanent at instant speed. Amazing.

Goblin Bombardment: Shoot your little critters at their creatures.

Krosan Grip: A great c-c-c-combo breaker.

Massive Raid : It will kill most creatures for just 3 mana.

Mizzium Mortars: Without overloading this, it's a decent kill spell.

Primal Command: This is great graveyard hate and/or noncreature permanent removal.

Nature's Claim: Cheap instant speed interaction.

Reclamation Sage: Naturalize on a stick with the ability to conspire.

Scavenging Ooze: Graveyard decks are common. This guy hoses them.

Vandalblast: Cheap spot removal. Destroy that turn 1 sol ring.

Volcanic Offering: Blow up that Cabal Coffers and hit the Consecrated Sphinx. Very helpful.

Blood Moon: I like to mana screw my opponents.

Stranglehold: Shutting down opponents' tutoring and extra turns is powerful.

Wipe

Bane of Progress: This makes artifact and/or enchantment decks cry.

Blasphemous Act: One red mana to wipe the board usually. Powerful.

Mizzium Mortars: Doesn't hit our stuff, but kills the opponents' stuff.

Vandalblast: Overload this and wreck the Breya player.

Burn

Goblin Bombardment: Apply goblins to the forehead.

Kessig Wolf Run: It's not really burn, but it is kinda like a Fireball but a creature sends it their way.

Massive Raid : Cheap and kills people with all the tokens in this deck.

Purphoros, God of the Forge: Best card in the deck hands down. This kills the whole table quick.

Anthem

Craterhoof Behemoth: This ends the game on the spot, usually.

Eldrazi Monument: Pumps your creatures and gives them flying.

Purphoros, God of the Forge: If I have a bunch of mana, I can pump this into Purphoros to make my team swing for a lot.

Recursion

Eternal Witness: Useful for getting spells back and conspiring.

Seasons Past: A powerful spell to refuel your hand and get back stuff that was countered or destroyed.

Copy

Dualcaster Mage: Useful for conspiring and copying spells.

Reiterate: It's expensive to buyback, but it's nice to have something to dump excess mana into.

Reverberate: It's cheap and gets the job done. It's nice to have this when Wort isn't out.

Protection

Vexing Shusher : Cheap, good for conspiring, and useful against blue.

Sylvan Safekeeper: Once people realize Wort's potential, they try to kill her. This guys stops that.

Lightning Greaves: See Sylvan Safekeeper

Eldrazi Monument: Protects your creatures against board wipes.
