a budget Shattergang Brothers control deck based on this deck here:Budget Shattergang Brothers - EDH / Commander. their budget was around 100 $, I've upped it slightly by taking out all the dual lands that come in tapped and replaced them with either basics or relatively cheap (2-4 $) lands and a couple of 10+ $ lands, like 2 of the bond lands, these are Spire Garden for about 7-8 $ and Luxury Suite for 11+ $, as well as Blooming Marsh for 10+ $. as for the creatures and spells. well there is Bloodghast for 11 $ and It That Betrays for around 11 $.
The idea here is to make our commander stick on the board and remove all threats, then if we are able to get to 11-12 mana, we can win with Shaman of Forgotten Ways or It That Betrays and drain effects like Zulaport Cutthroat and Blood Artist or a huge Torment of Hailfire
