My favorite Commander deck, partly because its powerful, partly because it was my first one I made. I made this initially without help from the internet and from my own research and ideas. Other people have more competitive versions of this but I still enjoy mine. Slowly acquiring foils for the cards that have them.

How to win with this Sisay

Combo

Selvala, Heart of the Wilds and Umbral Mantle . There are plenty of ways to tutor for umbral mantle in this deck including the new cat legend Nazahn, Revered Bladesmith . Most of my wins tend to come from this combo. Its simple and effective. Dont even get me started on all the Paradox Engine shenanigans!

With the ability to search for Gaea's Cradle with Sisay, Sylvan Scrying gets Deserted Temple for crazy mana, add Rings of Brighthearth and infinite mana isnt so far away.

Sun Titan + Saffi Eriksdotter + Blasting Station . Having all three out will let you ping everyone for infinite damage. To start the combo you sacrifice Saffi Eriksdotter targeting Sun Titan . Then you sacrifice Sun Titan to Blasting Station pinging for 1. Now that Sun titan has gone to graveyard, he shall return thanks to Saffi's effect. Sun Titan's ETB will return Saffi back to play. Either of them shall then untap blasting station and batta-bing-batta-boom.

Most evil land destruction

If Captain Sisay is out and with no responses you can easily cast Armageddon and search up the legendary lands each turn. Add this with Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Crucible of Worlds or Ramunap Excavator and you have the mana advantage for sure. Not to mention the mean Strip Mine and Crucible of Worlds combo. To further add insult to injury there is the Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite combo with either Kamahl, Fist of Krosa or Natural Affinity . Hopefully you can have Titania, Protector of Argoth out when all the lands die thus making you a ton of scary tokens to finish the job quickly. If you or anther player casts a board wipe feel free to Natural Affinity or Teferi's Protection or Heroic Intervention .

Cards that get better with Captain

Obvious any legendary (land, creature, artifact, etc...) is great but some cards are format staples that excel here too. Sylvan Library and Sensei's Divining Top allow you to filter cards from your hand and then shuffle them back with a search activation from Sisay. Lightning Greaves pulls its weight worth of gold. Champion's Helm basically gives any creature in my deck +2+2 and hexproof. You could add a Scroll Rack and have top of deck manipulation as well with the searches from Sisay. I dont own a copy and have not tested it but Im happy with Library and Top but you might add it to your own list.

Mistveil Plains allows you to put your things from the graveyard and place them on bottom of your library. If it's legendary you can search for it back up with Captain Sisay or just allow it to be shuffled in.

Tutorable Answers & Protection

Avacyn, Angel of Hope to give all your things indestructible.

Dosan the Falling Leaf and Dragonlord Dromoka act as counterspell stoppers.

Gaddock Teeg loves to stop big non-creature spells from hitting the board. This does affect a few of our spells like Akroma's Memorial but we can always work around it.

Iona, Shield of Emeria just stops mono-color decks, and is also known to be a mean card. I only use her to finish a game not to cheat her out early and not let people play Magic.

Mangara of Corodor is an answer to anything without hexproof or shroud. You can also get double the value out Mangara with things that untap him like Umbral Mantle or Thousand-Year Elixir .

Thalia, Heretic Cathar slows down aggro decks and all your opponents unbasic lands.

Linvala, Keeper of Silence keeps your opponents creatures abilities silent.

Sigarda, Heron's Grace gives Sisay and a few other humans hexproof and yourself as the player hexproof.

Yavimaya Hollow is a great land that regenerates one of our important creatures in case of a board wipe.

Last but not least, Kor Haven allows us to have a more expensive but tutorable Maze of Ith .
