Tetzin is excellent at churning through the deck to keep both your hand and your graveyard full. In general, the deck wants to play lots of small artifacts, reanimate a few key pieces, and win by 1) animating all the noncreature artifacts (e.g. Cyberdrive Awakener, or 2) playing cards that scale in power based on the number of artifacts, like Kappa Cannoneer, Dowsing Device  , or Thousand Moons Smithy  .

I almost never activate any of the craft abilities -- Tetzin included. The only time it's worth transforming the commander is to flip Azor's Gateway  . For the most part, the ETB abilities are good enough on their own! Also, interestingly, the graveyard fills up mostly with non-artifact cards since Tetzin lets you return artifacts to hand. I included a bunch of cards to make use of a non-artifact graveyard -- anything from Mystic Retrieval to Dermotaxi to Summons of Saruman.
