Dermotaxi

Artifact — Vehicle

Imprint — As this enters the battlefield, exile a creature card from a graveyard.

Tap two untapped creatures you control: Until end of turn, this becomes a copy of the imprinted card, except it's a Vehicle artifact in addition to its other types.

Ideas:

Wheel of Fate as cheap suspend wheel of fortune. Couple with Brallin, Skyshark Rider  Flip for win con.

Dermotaxi imprinted with Medomai the Ageless , getting extra turns just for having both in graveyard and casting with vadrok.

Seize the Storm just for big damage, making profit of graveyard

you need to find more cards that have some kind of synergy with what your commander does/is trying to do.

I would try to focus more on cards that work with either the tap effects or untap effects your creatures have. A card like Throne of the God-Pharaoh would do wonders in this deck, since your goal at the end of your turn is to have every single creature on your side of the field tapped.

I would also SERIOUSLY consider adding more Vehicles. the crew mechanic is supposed to be a hindrance but with your commander, it becomes a huge strength. I don't think you are taking advantage of that enough here. Think about adding cards like Consulate Dreadnought Skysovereign, Consul Flagship Dermotaxi and Untethered Express, as well as any others you like, would be amazing in a deck like this since at the end of your turn they would also count as triggers for Throne of the God-Pharaoh

Lastly, I would think about Meekstone, its a great way to help lock down the board for you if you pair it with Drumbellower

Chishiro: I wish the spirits could have the Auras and Equipment attached to them on creation in a Living Weapon-esque way

Kotori: Turn one Consulate Dreadnought, turn three cast Kotori and crew the 'nought. Dermotaxi unfortunately just dies.

Also, Tezz, you just got free from Niccy B and you immediately got roped in by the Neo Phyrexians again? Jeez

I like the new direction a lot! Feels a lot more competitive! Here are some thoughts on ways to improve:

  • If you ditch the Languish, then everything you cast costs 2 or less mana. That would let you go down to 20 lands, which I think will be important as your deck probably wants a very high density of spells.

  • Removing the above lands and spells will leave you with 5 free slots, which I think you should use to get some more creatures. I would personally be doing some 3-2 mix of Golgari Thug and Stinkweed Imp - both of these can quickly get Phage into the grave (just be aware that if Golgari Thug on the battlefield, you HAVE to put a creature card on top of your deck - this can sometimes be awkward, but is usually fine).

  • Mask of Memory is interesting, but not great as it requires you using you Dermotaxi on Stitcher's Supplier and then somehow getting through with damage on it. I would suggest running Smuggler's Copter instead of Mask of Memory, it gives you the same effect without requiring the equip cost, and has a much better time staying alive & dealing damage (while letting you discard towards your combo).

  • I would recommend Slip Through Space over Artful Dodge as it lets you draw a different card if you don't need it.

  • I don't think you need Negate, as you already have hand-disruption and killspells, you should be able to ensure your opponent can't be too annoying. I'd move Negate to your sideboard, and run Otherworldly Gaze instead, which can do a lot for setting you up for victory.

  • With the above suggestions you have awesome odds of getting Phage into the grave, and pretty decent odds of getting Dermotaxi into hand - but to increase those Dermotaxi odds slightly i'd suggest replacing 2 of your 20 lands with Buried Ruin. This will let you grab a taxi from the grave in a pinch, if the game has gone late and you really need one.

  • I think overall your sideboard should focus on counterspells and ways to avoid opponent hate. Between games you always want to leaving all your combo-finding pieces in, so the cards you'll be swapping in-and-out are the hand-disruption and killspells. In that vein you don't need additional killspells in the side. Dispel is a great sideboard card, as it will deal with most threats. Welding Jar could also be good for protecting the taxi. Annul is probably also a great sideboard card for dealing with any weird stuff your opponent might be up to.

Raving Visionary: Feels kinda weird flavor for a Merfolk, but I'm guessing it's supposed to be a reference to the OG Looter

"Arcus Acolyte": Retroactive Good-Fortune Unicorn , kinda. Not bad for effects which care about having a minimum of counters on everyone, e.g. Inspiring Call

"Search the Premises": Meh. At least it triggers per creature and not just per attack on you.

"Sythis, Hand of the Harvest": It's surprising that we haven't gotten a general green-white enchantment commander until now; closest thing is Siona, Captain of the Pyleas . ( Daxoz would have probably been it if the OG experience commanders weren't locked into enemy pairs.)

Chitterspitter: Yeah no. I don't enjoy being the fun-hater for these kind of things, but along with Dermotaxi I feel that this is stepping things into the kind of silly territory that's more appropriate for silver border. Sacrifice in green feels kinda weird too, even if it's far from unheard of.

Dauthi Voidwalker: W-what? Even if it's not super hard to remove, a Leyline of the Void effect on legs that's usually unblockable at MV 2 is already pretty good. And on top of that, you can cast one of the things that gets exiled for free?! Yeah, just counterspell an ultimatum with this out and watch people cry. (At least timing restrictions still apply.)

Foundation Breaker: Nothing spectacular but it's a nice bread-and-butter effect for decks like Nikya of the Old Ways
