I own this deck in paper and it is currently my favorite casual/75% deck. Its not that fast and doesn't have any combo (except maybe the interaction between Glen Elendra Archmage and The Great Henge), but its consistent and gets to run sweet cards.

The deck doesn't lean too hard on Uro to win. He is mostly an engine and the deck can function without him. Also, always having a ramp spell turn 3 really goes a long way.

When I say that the deck doesn't lean too hard on Uro, what do I mean? Well, the deck doesn't try to mill itself quickly to power out Uro as early as possible(even though Uro usually comes out of the yard by turn 5). We want to play a solid midrange game and the cards that fuel our yard reflect that. They're all cheap solid card that you'd be fine casting on their own. Cards like Thought Scour, Careful Study, Frantic Search, Satyr Wayfinder, Life from the Loam, Champion of Wits etc... The same mentality applies for every other cards in the deck.

Also, this deck has a big flicker/Etb subtheme(I know flicker doesnt work on Uro, but bare with me). When I was making this list I glanced at EDHrec and saw that most Uro decks ran cards that bounces Uro before his second trigger happens. Cards like Crystal Shard, Temur Sabertooth and Erratic Portal. They work well with Uro, but they don't do alot with your typical landfall creature. So I thought to myself: "Why not, instead, have alot of creatures that can take advantage of those?"

Once you get your mana and card advantage going, you can drown your opponents in value.

Note: I don't run Craterhoof Behemoth in this list even though it might be optimal. Its a play patern that I fear will be too repetitive from game to game.
