The Locust God is, you guessed it, a Wheel of Fortune deck! Yay! It's wheely wheely fun to play against. Honestly though, to make this deck work we need to ramp into this guy. Izzet doesnt ramp very well, and we are not using fast mana rituals. Rocks, rocks and more rocks it is. Once you are up to around 6 to 9 mana we are set. The Locust God's death trigger is nice so he will be only 6 mana to cast the entire game. You will really want to search for Ashnod's Altar, since we are pumping tokens out with card draw. Almost makes you churn out the deck, then you can make a giant Banefire after attacking with your haste insects.
