I would suggest replacing Bathe in Dragonfire with Spit Flame. Not only is Spit Flame an instant instead of a sorcery making it strictly better than Bathe in Dragonfire it has an activated ability to keep getting it back whenever a dragon enters the battlefield under your control.

Grunn, the Lonely King could be a good add, as well as Might of the Masses . Mostly use Grunn if you think your opponent is going to have a very low number of kill spells, and Might of the Masses is pretty much just Berserk , but won't kill your creature if your opponent played Fog in response. It also boosts toughness if you need that, such as to attempt to survive something like Battle at the Bridge or Bathe in Dragonfire .

OK so the deck glitched out and it didn't work out the way I wanted it to so I will just put in a comment of what I would do/suggestions. 1. You have too many lands. 30-35 lands is what you would look for in a deck. So I would cut down to 35 lands and use those 5 that you cut out to get ramp. I would put in Sol Ring , Kodama's Reach , Zendikar Resurgent , Commander's Sphere , and Urza's Incubator . 2. I would also get rid of the things that are giving you non-dragon creatures. So I would take out Goblinslide , Devils' Playground , Dragon Fodder , Dance with Devils . This is so that you can use cards like Vanquisher's Banner and Door of Destinies so that you can pump up your dragons and do more damage! 3. You have some creatures that are there just to be there. I would replace all non-dragon creatures other than Dragonmaster Outcast . Dragons that you can use to replace are; Lathliss, Dragon Queen , Savage Ventmaw , Utvara Hellkite , Scourge of Valkas , Hellkite Tyrant , Moonveil Dragon , and Thundermaw Hellkite . 4. Although your dragons can remove creatures you need to be able to deal with enchantment, artifacts, and you also have to protect your dragons as well! So I would remove Draconic Roar , Echoing Courage , Sarkhan's Rage , Savage Alliance , Stonefury , Bathe in Dragonfire , Devour in Flames , Make Mischief , Reduce to Ashes , Sarkhan's Dragonfire , Atarka Monument , Staff of the Flame Magus , Outpost Siege , and Retreat to Kazandu . You already have dragons doing damage when they Enter The Battlefield so I would take out instants or sorceries that are doing that. Plus I recommended taking out some of the ramp that you already had because there is better ramp. For removal I would suggest Beast Within , Naturalize , Decimate , Hull Breach , and Vandalblast . Now to protect your creatures I would add Heroic Intervention and Asceticism . 5. Last but CERTAINLY not least, MANA! Ok so I know I mentioned going down to 35 but even if you just take away 5 basic lands there are non-basics that I would take out that might fix you down to 35 and then I will give some recommended lands that might help. I would take out Crumbling Vestige , Gruul Turf , Looming Spires , Pinecrest Ridge , Quicksand , and Vivid Crag . I would put in Command Tower , Cinder Glade , Rootbound Crag , Mosswort Bridge , Spinerock Knoll , and Spire Garden . Ok so I know that is a LOT to take in but please take note that I am in no way a professional helper. This is all in my opinion and don't let me influence your playstyle. I assume since you have the Legacy tag on your deck that you don't really care about what format you play this deck in, so I'll give you some advice from a competitive player's standpoint. If you want to solidify it and make it better, you need to improve the efficiency of your cards, and improve your deck's mana curve.
3 damage for 1 mana is the gold standard for spells in a burn deck. Thus, 3 damage for 2 mana or 2 damage for 1 mana cards are unplayable. The core 3-for-1 burn staples like Lightning Bolt, Rift Bolt, and Chain Lightning have been reprinted enough that they are at reasonable, affordable prices and you need to be running 4 of each. As for other spells, you want to be sure that every card you include can deal damage to players on their own. Cards like Bathe in Dragonfire are just overcosted removal that can be dead against the wrong players. Your creatures also need to be able to deal damage in the same turn you play them, either via haste or through another ability. Burn is about playing the most efficient burn spells, but sometimes those spells do happen to be creatures.
As far as mana curve, with 20 mountains, you're expecting games to end with no more than 3-4 mountains on the battlefield, so you want a much lower curve than what you have. Your game changing cards should be at 3 mana, and 4cmc and higher cards are just unplayable with 20 lands. You'll probably have a lot of games where you won't get to 6 mana to cast your Chandra, Flamecaller with your current land count.
TL;DR: Run 3 damage for 1 mana burn spells. Make other burn spells hit players and not just creatures. Make your creatures deal damage in the same turn you cast them. Remove all your 4+CMC cards or increase your land count.

I don't have a format in mind as me and my friends just play for fun. If I have to tweak it for formats I can do that on my own time. I just need help tweaking this deck, as I believe 80 cards to be alot even with great mana ramps, I will be going up against Merfolk with unblockable and buffs, and vampires with lifedrain, life link and deathtouch, with some flying
