I like your idea of combining pingers with enrage, i think it could be improved with pingers that hit all creatures instead of one target like Fire Ants or Subterranean Spirit, Endbringer (if your mana can support it) could fit in that category too allowing you to enrage during each other players turn.

Other ways to get enrage triggers on opponents turn include activated abilities like: Pyrohemia and Harbinger of the Hunt (honorary dinosaur)

I would recommend replacing some of the pingers that only hit one target (without haste) Prodigal Pyromancer, Frostwielder, Dinosaur Stampede, lightning bolt and shock (one time effects)

Huatli's Snubhorn

You could focus it a bit more to Enrage, there are still many enrage dinos you could use: Ranging Raptors, Bellowing Aegisaur, Needletooth Raptor, Raptor Hatchling, Siegehorn Ceratops, Silverclad Ferocidons, Trapjaw Tyrant and use enraging cards like AEther Flash, Pyrohemia, Powerstone Minefield, Lightmine Field, Reckless Rage, Savage Stomp, Subterranean Spirit, Wave of Reckoning. The best part of the enrager cards is they also work on their own stopping token mechanics and many other decks. Just the AEther Flash on its own stops so many decks.

Other cards that may prove usefull are Path of Discovery, Thunderherd Migration and you will also need a ton of card advantage to keep the stomping going Elemental Bond, Harmonize, Hunter's Prowess, Mouth / Feed, Seasons Past, Shamanic Revelation, Soul's Majesty...

If you like to create many small elementals you can also use Tempt with Vengeance and Firecat Blitz which actually create elemental cats. I advise to use together with some mass sacrifice outlet such as Ashnod's Altar, Goblin Bombardment or you can just kill them yourself with Goblin Sharpshooter or Subterranean Spirit.

If you like fireworks and you play free for all games Blade of Selves on Omnath, Locus of Rage really make an explosive combo, but it is a bit tricky. The Omnath copies go to the graveyard at the same time as soon as they are created without anyonene getting priority (legendary rule). Then each of those deaths will trigger once on each Omnath that was alive in that very brief moment. So with four players (in free for all) you would create two additional Omnath that would die and trigger six times for a total of 18 points of damage, isn't that fun? The number of triggers increases exponentially with the number of tokens, so if you are playing with more than four players or you happen to have parallel lives on the battlefield you can easily kill one or two players in that moment.

Sismir, for that Sundial of the Infinite trick to work you have to wait until your end step when the delayed triggered ability that says "exile those tokens" is on the stack, then is when you activate the Sundial to end your turn. If you activate it before your end step the delayed triggered will still occur on the next end step, in this scenario means the end step of the next turn.
This way you can trap a commander in the exile forever if you flicker it (with something like Otherworldly Journey) and then you counter or exile the delayed trigger that would bring it back at the beginning of your end step.

For additional enrage enablers and some battlefield disruption: AEther Flash, Lightmine Field, Powerstone Minefield, Subterranean Spirit, Fire Ants and Ulvenwald Tracker.

I would cut the dino cards that dont have enrage and focus on the ones that do. The only dino's without enrage that are worth running are the 3 other avatars (Wakening Sun's Avatar, Verdant Sun's Avatar, Burning Sun's Avatar they are all good in their own right), Deathgorge Scavenger for grave hate, Drover of the Mighty because mana dork, Goring Ceratops he can be a win con due to double strike, Kinjalli's Caller for mana reduction same with Otepec Huntmaster, Raging Swordtooth to trigger enrage, Priest of the Wakening Sun for a tutor, regisaur alpha for haste and it is just a good card, Thundering Spineback anthem and token generator, and Kinjalli's Sunwing for suppressing the opponents. outside of that you just need cards to trigger enrage so cards that deal 1 damage to everything (Earthquake, Magmaquake, Pyrohemia, and Subterranean Spirit just to name a few).

Outside of trigger enrage with AOE damage cards there are other ways to do it like Pit Fight like cards that have your stuff fight other creatures. This also helps with the lack in flying (because you fight the fliers and destroy them). So that way you don't need cards like Cobbled Wings.

Then the deck needs ramp spells, mana rocks, and card draw along with other ways to cheat your dino's into play like Sunbird's Invocation, Kindred Summons, Selvala's Stampede, Quicksilver Amulet, etc.

Do not forget your EDH staples.

Lastly a win condition card that you can just play it and either defeat a player or win the whole game. Because the deck is naturally a creature based one and using green i would use cards like Overwhelming Stampede and Titanic Ultimatum where you mass buff and swing big.

edhrec helps when deck building hope this helps. Feel free to look at mine for any ideas (even though mine is already outdated compared to the edits I made physically).

Note: some old cards got relabeled as dino's
