I've always had an intense love of Vorel since he was first released in those Intro Packs right around the time I started playing Magic. This is my first attempt at building an EDH deck from scratch. Keep in mind it is also a very budget-friendly attempt. There are plenty of very important cards missing that are out of my price range at the moment.

The idea is simple and straightforward. Take advantage of Vorel's doubling counter ability to win.

This deck has fallen behind in powerlevel among my play group. My restricted budget hurts it, but I would still love input in ways to improve it.
