This is a relatively competitive Kess deck that packs two different combos. First is the use of Jace, Wielder of Mysteries/Laboratory Maniac + Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact. The other is Splinter Twin/Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite/Deceiver Exarch. If I wanted to tune it to fully competitive, I'd cut the twin combo, but i built the deck with that combo in mind and added the Consultation win later.

Tutor for the win conditions into your hand or the graveyard quickly, utilize the graveyard as a second resource, and protect the win con with the most efficient counters in a cEDH.
