Ever wanted to combo out with flair, rather than with durdling?

This was a research-based homebrew EDH deck where I wanted to combine some political hijinks with a number of infinite combat step combos. As usual, there are more cards that I want to include than I have space for.

I haven't playtested this in a group setting yet, so I don't really know how well the political aspects of this deck will play out...but with Samut, the Tested, I can tutor a number of pretty quick wins to the board, such as Breath of Fury + Hero of Bladehold , Breath of Fury + Hanweir Garrison , Grand Warlord Radha + Hellkite Charger , , or Aetherwind Basker + Lightning Runner . To ensure these end in victory, I have a few instances of indestructible to spread with Odric, Lunarch Marshal + Worldslayer .

Aside from a few valuable cards I already owned, I don't think there are many cards over $2 in here. The quickest way to end my Magic playgroup would be to outpurchase my friends to play "competitive" mana bases and "commander staples" that are crazy expensive.
