Myojin of Cleansing Fire enters the battlefield with a divinity counter on it if you played it from your hand.
Myojin of Cleansing Fire is indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it.
Remove a divinity counter from Myojin of Cleansing Fire: Destroy each other creature.

The purpose of That Which Was Taken is to make other permanents indestructible, but also recharge the Myojin from the Champions of Kamigawa set such as Myojin of Cleansing Fire.
It doesn't seem like it should work with the new Myojin from Neon Dynasty such as Myojin of Blooming Dawn since it says indestructible counter and not divinity counter. A ruling from That Which Was Taken says "The divinity counters created by That Which Was Taken are the same type of counter as those used by the Myojin creatures in the Champions of Kamigawa set."
So as the rules are now, it seems that the artifact doesn't put the right kind of counter to activate the ability of the newer Myojin?

The Issue is that there's an intwined reason for the proliferate. It powers a few other engines in the deck. My favorite one to abuse is Myojin of Cleansing Fire With proliferates in the deck I want to keep abusing his wrath and saving all the gideons. We're also going to want the planeswalkers to pump so we can get off more ults, and possibly use Rings of Brighthearth to copy those ults. Contagion Engine is great for the double proliferate effect, and massive nerf to their board. I like it as an alternative to Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. I really like redundancy in my decks so I try to have around 5 cards of each category. With ramp and draw around 10 depending on what your commander does. I love Djeru, With Eyes Open because he's just a search commander, and you can essentially have your whole deck be your commander.

I can tell this is a more casual deck but here are two suggestions.
1) you need to run Leonin Abunas he's a big plus in an angel deck offering indestructible to your creatures. He protects all of your artifacts.
2) since you have Kindred Boon you should also run Myojin of Cleansing Fire
or consider running Contagion Clasp since it's cheep proliferate on a stick allowing you to wrath with Myojin at will while also supporting any other incidental counters.
3) maybe consider That Which Was Taken to add to the indestructible theme offered with kindred boon. With Leonin Abunas it becomes much harder to kill That Which Was Taken.

I made this deck a while ago, it's nether competitive nor maybe even good idk. It theme is have all indestructible creatures than using non-bounce, non-exile, non -1/-1 and non-sacrifice board wipes to be the only one left on the field with creatures. Worldslayer was the inspiration for this deck since i never see it used was a way to make useable somehow and than why not add more Nukes? I could use some tinkering i think any ideas to make it for fun?

This deck is hilarious, I love it.
Cards to consider:
Yosei, the Morning Star: Just incredible with your Emeria
Skyclave Apparition seems a pretty good addition.
Myojin of Cleansing Fire for a little more removal.
Mirror Entity as a finisher?
How about Eerie Interlude to protect any amount of your own creatures?
Nikko-Onna because why not?
Reveillark and Vesperlark seem like great additions. Same goes for Sun Titan.

It's expensive but I really like Myojin of Cleansing Fire with Odric. It's won me a few games with a one-sided board wipe at instant speed with Odric on the field.
