Lasav, Dimir Mastermind is one of my favorite commanders. It really doesn't win via mill, it wins by milling to get value from other people's decks. As such it can either feel like it's dominating (if you have one or two opponents with commander's that are playing huge game changing creatures like Gishath, Sun's Avatar dino tribal deck or a Daretti, Scrap Savant deck with big bombs like Blightsteel Colossus) or feel lackluster against decks with a lot of small synergistic pieces (Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons in my playgroup comes to mind).
