The 4th? entry in my set of Commander decks built like aggressive creature-based standard decks, paying no heed to the maxim that aggro doesn't work in (multiplayer) EDH. Who cares? Sometimes it's just fun.
Uril, the Miststalker and Rith, the Awakener are both much more popular commanders for these colors, but they also encourage deck-building around them rather than being Nayaish, so instead we go with a cheaper oldie who buffs our creatures. Maybe it's not a huge or aggressive buff, but it's decently efficient and combat-oriented.
