Sigil Blessing and Phalanx Tactics and then you don't have to actually do the combat math. It'll be enough.

You, sir. I admire your earnestness.

For getting more counters, I HIGHLY suggest Yawgmoth, Thran Physician. Golgari is an excellent color combination for getting a ton of cards in your hand and a ton of mana, so you could easily go from a couple of counters to 10 in a turn. Same logic for Planewide Celebration. 7 mana for 4 counters each isn't a bad deal. Lean into green ramp. You can definitely afford to fire off 1-for-1 2-mana green ramp spells, so long as you're drawing with Tymna.

You can amplify the effects of your infect and proliferate cards with Winding Constrictor and Corpsejack Menace. Hand of the Praetors and Phyrexian Swarmlord are infect lords, so they should probably see play. Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons means that all of your infect creatures explode into deathtouching snakes when they trade in combat.

Swamp Mosquito doesn't say infect, but it has non-keyworded Infect. Suq'Ata Assassin has non-keyworded Fear, but also gives poison counters with evasion. If you want to load up on the cheapest, most efficient bodies with infect, then it might be worth running Pit Scorpion, too.

The reason why I would go for a bigger spread of bodies is that it will ultimately be more efficient to load up on instant-speed mass pump spells, rather than having to draw and cast poorly-suited cards for Commander like Giant Growth. In priority order, I'd go Return of the Wildspeaker, Overrun, Pride of Conquerors, Make a Stand, Dark Triumph, Borrowed Grace, Zealous Persecution, Fortify, Sigil Blessing.

Have you tried out Lapse of Certainty? I haven't seen that card before and it looks really really cool to me. Fits pretty well in the deck too.

Also, have you considered Gerrard's Command or Sigil Blessing ? Since you are running Selesnya colors I figured you might as well use some of their cards :)

+1 Love the multi-colored synergy here. I think the deck would be much more aggressive with Sigil Blessing vs. Captured Sunlight. Captured Sunlight seems slow for this build and you already have tons of life gain, but you don't have a lot of draw so I can see why you are using it.

I would highly recommend Quick Sliver as well. I played against a couple Delver decks at my shop's FNM, and they helped quite a bit. I would also recommend, for buff, Might of the Masses. You're going to have quite a few Slivers on the field meaning Might of the Masses can get out of hand pretty quick.

I hadn't thought of using Sigil Blessing, though. I like it, may have to think about putting it in my own deck. If you want, feel free to check it out: Selesnya Slivers

Maybe you should consider adding Overgrown Battlement or Traproot Kami in place of Wall of Roots. I would definitely take Cenn's Enlistment out and replace it with another Commune with Nature and whichever defender you decide on. I would also recommend getting rid of Selesnya Sanctuary and replacing it with more basic lands of each kind simply for the sake of speed. Scatter the Seeds is nice, but it has a high mana cost. I would replace it with Oblivion Ring or Sigil Blessing.

You might also want to look into:Night Soil, Sprout, Sprout Swarm, Vitality Charm, Rending Vines, Explore, Elvish Visionary, Dissenter's Deliverance, Triplicate Spirits, Silverchase Fox, Revoke Existence

Interesting deck, Aespinoza10. I've always liked the Heroic mechanic, even though it doesn't hold up very well in the Modern meta.

As it is, you have more spells than creatures... which means you're more likely to have a handful of spells, and nothing to cast them on.

My personal take on cuts? Sunblade Elfx4, Common Bondx2, Hardened Scalesx2, Gods Willingx2, Mutagenic Growthx2, Path to Exilex1, Seeds of Strengthx1, Sigil Blessingx4, Rancorx2, Forestx1, Giant Growthx4

Just these cuts should put you at 60.

Some things to add/think about?

Spells with Flashback Thrill of the Hunt, Travel Preparations. These give you repeat-targetting spells to keep the buffs coming.

Spells with Rebound. Emerge Unscathed, Prey's Vengeance... same reason.

Brave the Elements would give your line of weenies protection all at once... Won't stop edicts or Damnation, but it's a decent sideboard option.

This is just from a cursory glance, but what do you think?
