Picked up the commander 2013 deck, Mind Seize, and decided to build a Bear-hug / mill deck around Nekusar, the Mindrazer.

Pretty much every card either kills/ bounces stuff, makes everyone draw, everyone mill, or a target does a large amount of draw/mill. Psychic Spiral and Laboratory Maniac are my safety cards, in case If draw/mill too much.

At this point I am not running any counter spells, after playing a couple games I do want to work a few into the deck. I am keeping my eye on some cards that seem to sit in my hand until I get some sort of Reforge the Soul effect. Right now Blue Sun's Zenith Grindclock Keening Stone and Consecrated Sphinx are the main offenders at this moment.

The maybe-board is a bunch of cards I either do not have yet, or just have not yet pulled out of my collection. it would move the deck a little away from mill, and more towards the group / bear hug style.
