Premise

3000 years after the War of the Spark, Ravnica is a hellscape of technological progress gone wildly out of control. The elites () live above the clouds, while the drug-addled, techno-addicted masses scrape the sludge from the pavement to keep their artificial hearts beating another day. However, the elements of the lower cityscape (information , mortality , and the will to disrupt the order ) stand poised to poison, hack, and infiltrate their way through the status quo and back into a life of dignity for all individuals, artificial or natural!
