Just a hint if you come looking for help in the future :)
The first thing I would like to add is that you are playing way too much land. In a 60 card deck with a steap mana curve, you probably only want 24-25 lands. Now your deck is currently 64. That's not too bad, but if you could shave it down to 60 that'll be doing yourslef a sall favor. (Consistancy is just lovely.)
Secondly, I can spot a few cards that I either find too bad to play, imo, or doesn't really fit your strategy too well.
Ajani's Chosen The card is perfectly reasoable as is right now, if not a little too clonky, but if you decide to take my advice on the Mantra's it's probably not playable afterwards.
Felidar Sovereign Awesome as it is, seems like a very unlikely wincondition for you. If you ever get to a point where it would win you the game, you are probably already winnning.
You have a couple more cards, that I'm a bit unhappy with, but are reasonable for the moment being.
Thirdly if you want to play a slower deck, you have to be able to interact.
If you can't answer the things your opponent does from time to time, you are going to lose to a lot of combo decks.
Fourthly: Here are some cards I hink you should look into, priced around the 1$ mark, or less. (If you want that lifegain theme to stick)
Qasali Pridemage Realy powerful card, that happens to be a cat, and can sometimes "interact" with opposing gameplans.
More Ajani's Pridemate - It's a great finisher, if you have some lifegain.
Condemn - Cheap creature removal.
More Blossoming Sands, fixing mana gaining life.
Blessed Alliance - Everthing goo in this world.
Eidolon of Rhetoric - put this in your sideboard, you wont regret it.

Here's a couple more suggestions: For creature protection, Selfless Spirit or Cauldron Haze can help save you from a boardwipe. Bar the Door is also good. Frontline Medic can be great in the late game, especially when combined with vigilance, from Always Watching or Brave the Sands. Guardians' Pledge can help you slide in a lot more damage if you have a large number of creatures on the field. Also, I noticed that Archetype of Courage is a better version of Field Marshal, unless you're facing a lot of enchantment removal.

Ondu Giant for Wood Elves

Serra Angel for Serra Avenger
Stormblood Berserker for Sulfuric Vortex
Circle of Flame for Mizzium Mortars
Glory of Warfare for Chromatic Lantern
Honor of the Pure for Spear of Heliod, if you really want an anthem effect.
Frost Breath for Mana Leak
Guardians' Pledge for Sakura-Tribe Elder (you really dont have enough white creatures for this effect)
Incinerate & Lightning Bolt for Terminate and Murder
Plummet for Oblivion Ring
Titanic Growth for Harmonize
War Report for Day of Judgment
Exploding Borders for Burnished Hart
Traveler's Amulet for Wayfarer's Bauble
I suggest choosing a theme for your deck. Right now it seems to be pulling in too many directions.
Want to cast and swing with Progenitus? Include cards that grant haste like Temur Ascendancy.
Want to play fun multicolored shenanigans? Include whatever value you like.
Want to use overcosted enchantment cycles? Include the Shrines.
Focusing will allow you to better determine what your deck wants. Regardless, I recommend playing heavy green to maximize your ability to mana ramp.

Interesting budget deck you have going. You might want to cut Guardians' Pledge and Honor of the Pure as you only have 8 white creatures and 2 of which you do not want to attack with. You may want to replace with just an Anthem card (Glorious Anthem or Gaea's Anthem) that affects all your creatures.
There are some other cards that could use tweaking, but I am not sure of the budget friendly versions of those cards off the top of my head. Will try to leave another comment later for those suggestions.

19 creatures in an athreos deck isn't going to use your commander much. You also don't have many other permanents that can provide devotion if you want to get on the beat down plan.
Some things have just too little impact, I think. I'd suggest cutting these to make room for more creatures and permanents:
- Guardians' Pledge, Grotesque Mutation, Spidersilk Net, Angelic Benediction, Divine Favor, Marked by Honor, and Show of Valor and narrow pump effects. Rarely do they make a difference in EDH.
- Executioner's Swing, Cradle to Grave, Smite the Monstrous, Pharika's Cure, and Essence Extraction are all narrow removal that costs a lot of mana.
- Alms of the Vein in a format where your opponents have 40 life, 3 life once is almost nothing.
- Chaplain's Blessing You gaining 5 life isn't going to make much of a difference when people are swining at you for 20+ damage in a single turn.
- Purge the Profane and Mind Rot is too targeted (and you have two of them)
