Arahbo, Roar of the World
Legendary Creature — Cat Avatar
Eminence - At the beginning of combat on your turn, if Arahbo, Roar of the World is in the command zone or on the battlefield, another target Cat you control gets +3/+3 until end of turn.
Whenever another Cat you control attacks, you may pay 1GW. If you do, it gains trample and gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is its power.

Arahbo, Roar of the World Discussion

I focused on Lost Leonin and the power of the Eminence trigger with him. Ajani, Caller of the Pride is perfect with him to win, but I also found Duelist's Heritage (Works good with most other cats too!) and Berserk (Works with double strike cats or to remove an opponents creature), both make him more powerful. The nice thing of Duelist's Heritage is that it can be tutored with Enlightened Tutor or Idyllic Tutor or other like Academy Rector whatever your preference.
In my testing too I found that good cats over lots of cats was more efficient, thus why I play Sylvan Tutor, Eladamri's Call and Worldly Tutor which pull either Lost Leonin or Felidar Sovereign for the most part. I also run Green Sun's Zenith usually pulling Rhonas the Indomitable or Fleecemane Lion, another viable good target would be Birds of Paradise which can act as another CMC 2 mana ramp, but I haven't got that in just yet, still testing.
I also found Triumph of the Hordes to work good with the Cat + Eminence theme. I have a Sword of Feast and Famine in my binder, but chose not to include it for now because the protection prevents the Eminence trigger, but it's a good sword, if you have something to do with the extra mana. The problem is for Arahbo, Roar of the World you can overload the cats and then still play during post-combat main phase. I don't run a cat horde/token synergy so that's why I choose not to run it.
Rhonas the Indomitable is awesome, 5/5 indestructible deathtouch and he can attack with ANY cat + eminence trigger! Talk about Aggro tempo for . Darksteel Forge is pretty expensive, and I dont think the artifacts are the key to winning with Arahbo, Roar of the World in my opinion. Puresteel Paladin is amazing for the draw! Keep him! Trailblazer's Boots I'd honestly rather put more trample enablers instead, but I've seen other deck play the evasion angle too.
I'd rather have some more draw, like Hunter's Insight than a VERY High CMC Jareth, Leonine Titan. Only gets the +7 when blocking, so not really the greatest. I know he's hard to remove, and has the built in evasion, but too much.
I've had good success with Chameleon Colossus, his built in ability means you don't need to cast Arahbo, Roar of the World and he can proc well with things like Duelist's Heritage, Ajani, Caller of the Pride, Berserk and Equipment. I elected to go Stonehewer Giant over Stoneforge Mystic but won't discourage you there, she is awesome.
Don't see a lot of abilities, like Mirari's Wake in your deck, so not sure the need for White Sun's Zenith what some 2/2 cats are going to really accomplish for you, except with maybe a Triumph of the Hordes or something. I'm trying to work Metallic Mimic back into my deck, In testing I found him too slow for my taste, but he would be good with White Sun's Zenith as well.
I find Loxodon Warhammer better than Behemoth Sledge because of the extra offense, but with Felidar Sovereign I play both, also like the Basilisk Collar just hate doesn't have any +X to the power, but the deathtouch helps with the evasion factor anyway.
I've had others question my use of Pride Sovereign, I'm undecided on him right now, just lack of Cats with real utility why he remains pretty much. Puresteel Paladin + Bloodforged Battle-Axe is an awesome interaction, but in testing I found Bloodforged Battle-Axe was a little too slow without him around for me.
I don't play as much control, which is why things like Godsend don't make the 99. Cat's aren't here to block, unless you run a Qasali Ambusher most can't even block flyers Skyhunter Skirmisher obviously being an exception, and let's be real, noone is going to walk into an unfavorable blocking situation and have anything of value exiled with Godsend. Accepting cats dont block well, it means it's your opponents choice which creatures to get exiled or not, It doesn't hit opponents commanders, and unless they are playing a unburial type deck, with commander format being singleton it's not stopping recast of anything in the majority of circumstances. Anyway just my thought on that.
Best of luck. I'm always continuing to develop, so hopefully with have some better insights in the future. +1

I play quite a different style of Arahbo, Roar of the World deck, but thought I'd offer some suggestion and get some insight. I'm still trying to make mine a functional deck that compete in Multi-player consistently.
Do you find that by going the creature (Cat) forward approach, you end up with several under-powered cats. For example, Enlightened Ascetic, Grizzled Leotau, Leonin Armorguard, Scythe Leopard (He could benefit from fetch lands like Windswept Heath or Wooded Foothills, Scythe Tiger (can't be Eminence, I get hes big, but he is what he is and sets you back a land), Stalking Tiger, Wild Leotau.
What about tutoring the high-powered cats, with something like Eladamri's Call for sure, or Green Sun's Zenith. In my build im trying forward planning tutoring with Worldly Tutor and Sylvan Tutor to get into my Lost Leonin or Felidar Sovereign.
I know you run Descendants' Path so more cats is preferable, but Im always worried about a balance, drawing an extra bad cat that doesn't do much, or pulling a good cat that pushes forward my board position, if that makes sense?
What about Metallic Mimic, with so many Cats i think he would be good for you, and is an aggro cat? Would something like Vanquisher's Banner (even though higher CMC) be better than an Always Watching because of the extra draw? I think it's pretty high CMC, but the vigilence isn't key. Stuff like Mirari's Wake or Spear of Heliod totally make sense to me though.
No Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist, he provides evasion, and protection from counter-attacks. I think you should get him in there. He was in the C17 deckbox.
I would run a Triumph of the Hordes with so many cats, the +1 to each is going to defeat some opponents. +1.
PS: Really like the Privileged Position

Stoneforge Masterwork could be a Felidar Sovereign, if it's big your just asking for a boardwipe, if the board has been cleared, it's probably less utility than your ramping/lifelink equipment anyway. It's going to encourage you to over commit board presence, when you only have 1 eminence trigger anyway, better to be ready for rebuilding.
Sungrass Prairie could be a Felidar Sovereign, it's not a turn 1 land, and makes turn 2 problematic. 36 is actually what I play in normal commander, but have found that it's too much with all the ramp spell/draw/equipment in Arahbo, Roar of the World
Sylvan Reclamation could be a Felidar Sovereign, you have lots of Enchantment/Artifact removal, it does land cycle on turn 2 for sure, but it doesn't put the land in play, so not that utility. Normal cycling would be better.
Couple ideas for cut-list anyway. My deck is still a continual work in process unfortunately.

Noticed you have Lifelink, like Basilisk Collar/Loxodon Warhammer/Ajani, Mentor of Heroes/Etc. Why no Felidar Sovereign do you find you dont get over that 40 life barrier? Just interested, I was thinking of running him as an alternate-win con.
Does Godsend do enough work for it's High CMC? I originally thought about it, but it doesn't stop Commanders because they never get exiled by it, and Commander as it is, unless you run up against a heavy unburial deck does it do much else?
How have you found Hungry Lynx, I keep looking at him and thinking nope, when rats die awesome, but what if I load up my opponents with deathtouch rates, they remove the Hungry Lynx now I'm walking my cats into 1/1 deathtouch that I provided them, that sucks.
Oreskos Explorer being green and ramping, you usually have more lands than opponents? Is it worth the risk of not drawing him turn 1-4 where he might be viable?
Suprised to see Sylvan Reclamation, with so much artifact/enchantment control, Aura Shards, Qasali Slingers, Return to Dust etc, this one is HIGH CMC, but I'm guessing you just Cycle it and move on for the CMC2, and if you need it, then you have it?
I noticed ZendikariWol posted about Howling Mine and Alms Collector and Rites of Flourishing, I haven't posted on the community, but my gut tells me that doesn't work. Drawing an "additional" card, is not the same as "would draw two or more". I stand to be corrected but, Alms Collector with check on the turn draw, only 1 ok nothing, check on resolving the Howling Mine triggered ability, only 1 ok nothing, same for Rites of Flourishing. A Wheel of Fortune or Blue Sun's Zenith for sure there he makes his mark, but I think ZendikariWol assessment is incorrect.
I've had success with Rhonas the Indomitable, he is 5/5 Indestructible/Deathtouch for CMC3 and can always attack with ANY cat on the board. Although, he is not a Cat, he can give a Cat trample if it's blocked.
No Sylvan Library?

I think Rhadamanthus made it clear. I expressed myself quite bad there, sorry for that.
Arahbo, Roar of the World's trigger will be copied by Strionic Resonator and will be of the same source as the original trigger. (this is relevant in cases with protection from colour x or this permanent doesn't deal damage this turn and what more).
As #5 hopefully made clear (and your thinking at #4 as well). The rules state that you on declare attackers, get a trigger for each attacking cat. Per trigger, you can choose to pay nothing or pay a single time. You cannot pay multiples times.
When you copy the original trigger, you put a copy on the stack, which allows you to target the same cat and opt to pay nothing or once more, making it effectively 4x as big.
What I meant to say was that the resonator creates another instance of a trigger that would normally only trigger once. << Which is probably still vague but the best I can do haha.

I think what the Arahbo, Roar of the World ruling 8/25/2017 While resolving Arahbos last ability, you cant pay 1GreenWhite multiple times to multiply the effect for one Cat, is trying to say is, you can ONLY pay the 1GreenWhite PER triggered ability, can't just dump all your mana into it. Thinking that way, it totally makes sense that the copy works, and basically makes the cat 4x bigger. In this case 4/4 to 16/16.

Seems you agree with my thinking which is great.
The second comment where you say, While resolving "this permanent's" last ability, you can't pay 1GreenWhite multiple times... confuses me a bit trying to wrap my head around it.
You then say Strionic Resonator 'creates' another 'source', but the Gatherer ruling under Strionic Resonator specifically says: 7/1/2013 The source of the copy is the same as the source of the original ability. Meaning the Arahbo, Roar of the World permanent.
If "the source" of the copy is "the same" (source?) as "the source" of the original ability. Wouldn't I surmise that both the copy and original being "the same source", that they are both the same Permanent. The permanent hasn't changed zones or anything.
Which worries me, because it says under Arahbo, Roar of the World While resolving Arahbos (the source of both copy and original) last ability, you cant pay 1GreenWhite multiple times to multiply the effect for one Cat.
Specifically tries to restrict me that I CAN'T pay multiple times for one Cat.
If it was different sources I get it, each one can't pay multiple times, but if the source of the copy is the "same" as the source of the original, the specific way that Arahbo, Roar of the World ruling is worded, doesn't stop the original? So confusing. Feel like if there were no rulings would be simpler.

You are correct in your statement that you have to pay for the copied ability costs. The reason being is that the trigger of Arahbo, Roar of the World allows you to pay 1GW mana to get the trample and x/x effect.
In the example you gave, you go to combat > eminence trigger, target your Sacred Cat, it will be a 4/4 upon resolving. Declare attackers > Arahbo triggers, you put it on the stack. You activate Strionic Resonator to copy the trigger, it goes on the stack. You can pay for the Strionic Resonator copied ability for 1GW to pump your Sacred Cat, it will be a 8/8 trample, lifelink upon resolving. The stack has the original trigger left, you can pay another 1GW to use it again giving it +X/+X again, which will make your Sacred Cat a 16/16 lifelink trampler upon resolving. You proceed with combat as normal.
You are completely correct in your assumptions.
