Combos!

Wanderwine Prophets (assuming no blocks will kill everyone and take turns)

Timestream Navigator + Riptide Laboratory/Capsize (infinite turns)

Archaeomancer + Riptide Laboratory / Capsize + Extra Turn Spell (Infinite turns)

Deadeye Navigator + Great Whale / Palinchron + Blue Sun's Zenith + Laboratory Mania!c (Win)

Bloodline Necromancer + Ashnod's Altar (Infinite hasty bloodline necromancer tokens + colourless mana)

Bloodline Necromancer + Ashnod's Altar + Archaemancer + Extra Turn Spell (infinite turns)

Wheel Effects + Notion Thief (Emptying an opponents hand + giving yourself straight gas often leads to unloseable games)

Entomb + Reanimate enabling t2/t3 wins (with good mana rocks) by entombing Wanderwine Prophets and then reanimating turn 2/3 with enough mana to then take infinite turns.

What a card, Christ, what a card. Tutor for any of our win-cons for 3 colorless? Deal. I'm almost never sad to draw into this at any point in the game. Early on, it can fetch us an Arcanis the Omnipotent or Kess, Dissident Mage to start drawing cards, and late game it can grab Timestream Navigator , Wanderwine Prophets , Bloodline Necromancer etc to finish out with Infinite mana or something else. Super powerful.

Ramp

So, things can get expensive. The best games I have played are those in which I hit Rhystic Study / Mystic Remora early on, along with enough mana rocks to slam a win-con with counterspell backup. This only happens with enough fast mana. The options here probably aren't optimal, I haven't considered any of the monolith's or vault etc.

Take an extra turn

While the turns go infinite with creatures, taking an extra turn is insanely powerful. It can allow you to set up a win condition on your next turn, or to do something on your current turn, pass, pass and hold up counter-magic for opponent's threatening to go off. Sometimes, it may be a case of using a Time Warp as a five mana draw a card, however, that card might win the game.

Weak Cards

Jace's Archivist, Archaeomancer, Rhystic Study and Necropotence are all cards I have on my shortlist to change out.

In their place I'm considering more interaction in the form of Pongify or an additional counterspell, such as Flusterstorm . I'm also intending on upgrading the mana ramp with cards like Chrome Mox and Mox Diamond . I'm still on the fence about including rituals and infinite turns/combos with Isochron Scepter , Dramatic Reversal and Warrior's Oath effects.

Moving Forward

The main idea of the deck is still a bit confused, although I've been tweaking it recently. I used to have more 'cute' cards, Conjurer's Closet , for example. I've recently been taking these out in favour of more competitive cards. I also used to focus predominantly on taking extra turns, however, the focus now normally lies on a reanimation route for the win. I'm unsure of where I can go without turning it into kess reanimator or storm. Maybe this is it?

Updates Add

I thought spellseeker was a pretty good card when it got spoiled. Then I saw it was a wizard and came. For 3U you can pretty much tutor for your win condition and protection. It enables you to keep slightly shakier hands, or those without clear win conditions but with great mana and control elements. Jace allowed for none of this. Granted, JTMS will always be a good card, however, for the same mana you can either brainstorm or win - which one would you pick?
