The main idea is to tutor into some mana ramping cards to speed up the early to mid game, creature cards, or instant/sorcery cards. Get as much mana as I can to summon an early Maelstrom Wanderer to Cascade twice and dig even deeper into my library. The main targets are combos, heavy beaters, draw cards, board wipes, removal spells, extra turns, or more mana rocks. The good stuff.

Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron = infinite mana.
