mono blue talrand. play control, counter the necessary things, get mana reducers on the battlefield, draw cards, get Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal make infinite drakes. there are multiple ways to tutor for both pieces of this combo including Tribute Mage, Reshape, Whir of Invention for the scepter, and Merchant Scroll for the reversal, as well as Muddle the Mixture which can be transmuted for either piece and is a decent card on it's own. we draw so many cards over time, drawing into them is commonplace, too.

back up plans are drawing cards and making 8/8 krakens with Ominous Seas, artifact tokens with Metallurgic Summonings or drake beat downs from talrand himself.

Trinket Mage can grab us our two hate piece artifacts, Grafdigger's Cage which shuts off Underworld Breach and Yawgmoth's Will style storm lines, and much of green tutor ability. as well as Pithing Needle which can just shut off troublesome cards, and can grab Sol Ring for ramp or if needed for dramatic scepter manas.
