Sideboard

Just a silly Rule 0 deck meant to mess around with the My Little Pony cards and utilize Princess Twilight Sparkle's activated ability to win. Previous to this latest Ponies: the Galloping release and the Dr. Who decks the only way to actually win was cloning the silver-bordered _____ card, which doesn't link due to the unique name, and naming the clones after the necessary ponies. He and the new Psychic Paper are both in the deck for backup reasons if you just need that one more pony. Also worth noting is that, if you have the toy figures of the remaining 4 (Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity), Applejack's toy-kens retain the name of the pony toy, so toy named ponies will still count toward the win. If you have these toys, it's often best to tutor AJ first and start gradually making the ponies you need. In addition, you don't actually need a pony named Princess Twilight Sparkle to win, just the ability, so you can put the Psychic Paper on her to rename her after one of the necessary ponies.

NOTE: Angel of Destiny is not meant to be a wincon or even an attacker in this deck, make that clear to the table should you be in a position to play it. It is designed to be a means of granting you mass lifegain (if others need a safe punching bag, or if you just want the safety) and to take advantage of other attack triggers (like Rainbow Dash, for example) without actually hurting your opponents.

NOTE 2: The sideboard is exclusively for Nightmare Moon  and her backside Princess Luna  to pull into the game. Feel free to add cards if you want a bit more variety with your options, or neglect the sideboard entirely if your pod doesn't approve. For additional reference, on Mirrodin, the terms "sun" and "moon" are used interchangeably regarding their five colored suns/moons (though I focused on the black sun/moon being in the art for simplicity).

NOTE 3: For Discord, Lord of Disharmony I would suggest using the following Scryfall URL, copied exactly as it is. I don't think I'm missing anything - this URL will have Scryfall randomly pull a Magic card that is NOT one of the following card types: Land, Phemonenon, Plane, Token, Attraction, Contraption, or Unfinity Sticker Sheet. I believe that covers all of the reasonable non-castable nonland Magic cards printed on paper (no Alchemy/Arena/Digital-exclusive cards/versions, for simplicity). The only things worth noting is that you can still end up getting unplayable cards (cards like Lotus Bloom or Half-Kitten, Half- that can only be cast/activated from your hand), and unless your playgroup agrees to let you reroll those cards you're kinda stuck if you get one of them.

If your group wants you to add further restrictions, such as not allowing cards on the EDH ban list, you could either go to the link again for another selection or set your own filters. To change to a random selection, after setting your filters and doing a search, go to the URL and change the "search" right after "scryfall.com" to "random" then hit Enter.
