Do you have a reliable source of toys for Rarity and Applejack?
Outside of the MLP cards, Unicorns kind of have a +1/+1 counter theme with Emiel the Blessed, Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn, and Good-Fortune Unicorn. Lathiel and Celestial Unicorn tie that to life gain, with Splendor Mare and Brightmare offering further options there. There's also a little bit of ETB that Emiel can set up.
Horses don't have much of a unified theme or depth. Pick from these as needed, I guess.
Adding in Pegasi, they all have flying to help Rainbow Dash, but that's about it. Park Heights Pegasus plays well with Emiel.
The creature base looks very -heavy, with in second. There's not a ton of independent token depth. Group hug would be very on-theme, but my crippling lack of knowledge about the franchise prevents me from offering any thematic suggestions. Legendary creatures matter could work here. Do you want to get Princess Twilight Sparkle out every game, or just use her as support when needed?

This deck is as amazing as your horse!
I'd use Princess Twilight Sparkle as the commander, tho

Magnificent. You are missing a lot of the best unicorns though (partially because you aren't playing green). May I suggest Princess Twilight Sparkle as the commander instead (she's 5 color) so that you can play Emiel the Blessed , Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn , and Prized Unicorn .

DarkHamlet I suppose it just hard for me to justify putting in Princess Twilight Sparkle because she isn’t a unicorn, a Pegasus, a win condition, or a card that makes the deck run. I’ve tried to be very slim on the creatures that aren’t either unicorns, or Pegasi, or cards that make Pegasi, such as Archon of Sun's Grace.
Sure, she’s a lord for the unicorn and Pegasi stampede, but in commander that doesn’t make quite as much of an impact. This deck wins by getting out tons of unicorns at once and overwhelming my opponents, instead of buffing up my unicorns. Thus, I don’t see +1/+1 being enough to justify a non-unicorn creature. It just isn’t as effective as something like Craterhoof Behemoth, Beast Whisperer, or Knight of the Reliquary

Chhris, thanks for the +1 and the suggestion :)
When we activate the abililty of Princess Twilight Sparkle (with the help of___) we make that every player wins the game, and Angel's Grace makes our opponents unable to win, and that means that we will be the only player that wins. Platinum Angel and Gideon of the Trials
Also, I like the Dictate of Kruphix for this deck (it fits perfectly the group hug theme, and I will be thinking about what I can cut to add it.

No, that won't work. By the standard way Magic rules templating works, Princess Twilight Sparkle 's ability is understood to say "If you control permanents named Applejack", etc. Tokens don't take any characteristics from the physical object used to represent them. They only have the characteristics defined by the effect that created them, and that includes names.

Princess Twilight Sparkle has a misspelling in activated ability, where "Applejack" is spelled as "Applejac"
