A deck revolving around creating tons of snakes

Gameplan

Round one - three: RAMP!

Round four: Play Xyris, the Writhing Storm.

Round five: Beat face, play some wheels and make them Addars!"

Notable cards

• Anger, Brawn, Wonder, Creeping Renaissance and Runehorn Hellkite can all be used from your graveyard, where they are most likley to end up.
• Echoing Equation   is an amazing card with Xyris, the Writhing Storm! Cast it with a handfull of snakes on the field, make like 4 Xyris, the Writhing Storm, and either wheel or swing. This creates just an insane amount of snakes.
• Raise the Palisade is the perfect boardwipe for a tribal deck.
• The Locust God + Skullclamp is a classic combo, drawing you cards and making insects, for one mana a pop. Pair with Cryptolith Rite for an even better time
• Roar of Resistance can be used to buff your opponents creatures too, giving you the oppertunity to get knockouts from attacks not meant to kill!
• Devilish Valet goes nuts with Xyris and a wheel. Provided you have 3 opponents, and make them all draw 7, that would place Devilish Valet power at a whopping 2,097,152. Now that's a BIG swing. (To calculate your own values, do 2^x where x is the amount of creatures entering).

THE ALTERNATIVE

This deck is quite strong, and goes from 0 - 100 in a single turn. To prevent this, I run a sideboard to exchange my wheel cards for grouphug-draweffects.
