Creature — Devil Warrior
Trample, haste
Alliance — Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, double this creature's power until end of turn.

Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon is an amazing token producer here that's on par with Krenko.
Devilish Valet will 1 shot at least 1 player out of the game. Just 6 tokens entering (aka 1 Adeline trigger) makes him 64 power. I've hit for 8 million personally (23 tokens).
Vault of the Archangel is expensive to activate but you don't usually need to. Just the unspoken threat of potential activation effects combat in your favor.

Solid list for a budget take on Isshin, I'm digging what you have going on. I have a few quick suggestions, but I think you have a solid core here if you ever choose to make some pricier upgrades:
-
Warleader's Call could be worth a look as a potential swap with Impact Tremors. Just an additional +1/+1 static buff for 1 more White mana.
-
Signal Pest could be a potential 1 drop anthem, if you feel like you need another Battle Cry enabler.
-
Devilish Valet has the potential to 1-shot other players when combined with enough token production.
-
Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon is one of the better token producers for Isshin to drop as of late. She pairs nicely with Breena, as another means of getting counters on her. One of the upsides for Anim Pakal is that she doesn't even need to attack, as she triggers off when you attack. She's like a more budget Adeline, Resplendent Cathar.
-
Professional Face-Breaker - I think she's still under $10, mostly recommending since I saw you have Aurelia in your deck. Face-Breaker rewards you for going wide, & could be a potential swap with either Audacious Thief or Hoarding Ogre.
-
If you feel like you need some more board protection, I'd recommend checking out Scapegoat and/or Fanatical Devotion as budget options that can squeeze a bit more value out of some of your tokens.
Glad to see you already have Soul Partition! It's become one of my favorite White cards of the past year. Best of luck with your deck, and hope you enjoy playing it irl

Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon will produce massive amounts of tokens.
Devilish Valet will 1 shot someone out of the game. Just 6 tokens entering makes him 64 power and it can snowball to ungodly amounts here (I've hit for 8 million).
Feel free to check out my list for ideas. Overall it's not budget friendly but there's plenty of budget friendly tech to be found (like Fanatical Devotion). Upvotes on any of my decks are appreciated. EngrIsshin - All Your Base Are Belong to Us!

I know they're a bit pricier than the $3-4 avg. the deck has, but I can't recommend Reconnaissance and Dolmen Gate enough (in addition to Iroas). Reconnaissance, if you aren't familiar, allows you to swing with literally everyone safely, untap each creature at the most opportune time, deal combat damage in most situations (ignore the 20+ year old reminder text, it's misleading), and have every one of those creatures untapped by the end of combat. Creatures are considered "attacking" until the end of combat step ends and you untap anyone who got through for combat damage as you move to that step.
Devilish Valet will 1 shot someone out of the game (or several someone's with the above effects out). 6 tokens entering makes him 64 power which is enough to get the job done... but hitting in the literal millions is very possible with this guy. I've hit for over 8 million damage personally and it felt good (23 tokens entering got me there).

Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin is an amazing token producer here.
Devilish Valet will 1 shot a player out of the game. Just 6 tokens entering makes him 64 power and it snowballs into the millions from there. I've hit for 8 million personally but had someone else with a Ceasar deck (possibly Isshin /shrug) here on tappedout tell a very realistic scenario where he hit for several billion.
Dolmen Gate/Reconnaissance both deserve spots. The ability to safely swing, get off attack triggers, and accumulate tokens instead of losing them to blockers is probably the most important effect in this sort of deck. If I'm in Boros colors and attacking, I'm running Iroas, Recon, and Dolmen every time. Reconnaissance has a few tricks up it's sleeve if you aren't familiar. Long story short is it allows you to attack with everyone safely, untap everyone at the most opportune time, deal damage in most situations, and have every one of those creatures untapped by the end of combat.

Devilish Valet will 1 shot someone out of the game (or multiple someone's with a Dolmen Gate effect out). Just 6 tokens entering (aka 1 Adeline trigger) makes him 64 power... and it can literally snowball into the BILLIONS in this deck from there (granted the Billions thing probably needs Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation Flip, but I've managed 8 million without a single token doubler personally).
Plumb the Forbidden in response to boardwipes makes it a lot harder to overextend since you'll have a full grip to redeploy. Instant speed and pseudo dodging counterspells makes this card.
I second Breena, the Demagogue and Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant. The group hug aspect can be deceiving... if your opponents are taking advantage of it, you're running away with the game. If nothing else, try Breena. With Anim/Krenko you can stack triggers and get an additional 8x counters on them before them their triggers go off (for 16 extra tokens) as just a random example of how impactful she can be.

Crow_Umbra just had to thank you again for the Devilish Valet suggestion.
I had him at 17 billion+ power tonight and swung for the win. Absolutely dumb.

In case you hadn't seen yet, but Caesar, Legion's Emperor is live on the site now.
If you're looking for a potential infinite combat combo, Aggravated Assault + Phyrexian Altar + Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon at 5+ power (or just enough token production on attack tbh).
Hellrider and Brutal Hordechief are some fun go-wide group slug options. Witty Roastmaster is another Impact Tremors effect, but might not be as necessary since you already have Corpse Knight.
Devilish Valet could also work to potentially one-shot somebody with enough creature token creation on an attack.
I'd also highly recommend Dolmen Gate and/or Reconnaissance as board protection effects. I get that you have some aristocratsy stuff going on, but this is mostly to save some of your key token creators that have to attack. In case you're unfamiliar with Reconnaissance, this EDHREC article helps detail some of its timing to act as a pseudo-Vigilance anthem, and save your creatures from combat after they've dealt damage.
