Surveilling and recurring mean stuff. Having twilight prophet out pretty early will always be good as long as you have the city's blessing. The deck also has a lot of big creatures that can hit hard. I added flicker and counter removal cards to get rid of the finality counters. The flickering cards also help get extra value out of the ETB's. This was a really hard build for me to get to 100 cards. There are so many things I want to add in and I am sure I will tweak this in the future.
