Cephalids Give Syphilis

Dear God are Cephalids terrible. Heck, I've wanted to build this for ages, but every time a see a list I'm like "...nah, maybe not."
I'd maybe throw more changelings in here, if only for consistency, since actually having Cephalids is 99% of the strategy. Since you mill and discard YOURSELF so often, maybe some Flashback or Madness stuff could come in handy too.
Some stuff seems a bit redundant/non-performing, like Xenograft and Mystic Decree, but otherwise it's hilarious and jank-tastic.
(Also, I love the commitment to theme with Churning Eddy and Think Tank .)

Think Tank is a good wat to filter out of the incrimental self milling. Also Genesis to grab creatures from grave to atleast hand

Skullclamp should be mainboarded in pretty much every EDH deck. With Oona's tokens skullclamp is a 1 mana draw 2 card.
Run Counterspell over Hinder
GraveTitan is a very good card in general, will put pressure on the board, and give more tokens.
Phenax, God of Deception will help burst down a single targer.
Glen Elendra Liege will anthem your creatures. It is a non-bo with skullclamp, but it makes Everything beefier.
Disciple of Bolas is a great way to draw cards and gain life, especially if you can recur it.
Wrexial, the Risen Deep is highly synergistic with milling as you get to cast their instants and sorceries.
Diluvian Primordial. Same as Wrexial.
Sepulchral Primordial. Ditto again.

thijmnesoy you are then 1 mana too short to cast exhume. I also got away Think Tank and Dark Ritual, think tank because it doesn't have enough value, and dark ritual because there aren't enough ways to benefit from it. so i put 2 Mana Leak and 4 Transgress the Mind for more control
