This is a colorless artifact combo deck

The deck tries to place a search card as soon as its capable of producing {5}. This is due to the fact the deck is trying to play its infinite draw combo as soon as possible. Once the combo is achieved, the deck wins in the same turn by finding Aetherflux Reservoir, Alhammarret's Archive, Trading Post and Voltaic Key to kill all players left at the table.

Because of the limitation of search in colorless, most good search cards cost {5} or more, hence why the deck tries to only run ramp, draw & other cards that cost {4} or less. If Mana is lacking in turn 4 or 5, the deck uses its {5} commander as ramp, another reason it avoids using cards of the same cost.
