This is an instant and sorcery focussed version of my Circu, Dexile Lobotomist deck. The slight problem with that deck is that it spreads its focus between instants/sorceries and creatures. So for example, Rogue Class and Blade of Selves exclusively synergize with creatures, whereas Primal Amulet   exclusively synergizes with instants/sorceries. This deck takes out most creatures and creature synergy for more instants/sorcery and their synergy. The only creature cards that survive are those with general utility like Solemn Simulacrum or that fit our theme of exiling specific cards from our opponents' libraries like Rootwater Thief. I left the Ashiok's in here because they are very flavourfull and also pretty good, if you really want go all in on the spellslinger theme you could of course take them out for some other instants and/or sorceries.

This is my first attempt at a spellslinger deck, so if you have any suggestions on how to make such a deck better I'd love to hear it!
