Why Ezuri Hulk?

Honestly the reason we run Ezuri Hulk is really simple. It's the only Simic Hulk pile that wins on its own. Sure, there are more slot efficient lines, but they require Trophy Mage lines in Vannifar chains, which take far more mana as well as more specific cards, which makes us vulnerable to Praetor's Grasp effects. Another, more important impact is that you can't just win from a turn 1 or 2 Flash Hulk because you can't actually fetch the required haste off of your Hulk trigger.

With so many cards in the Hulk pile, how do you win when a piece is stuck in your hand?

This one is easy. With Sage of Hours or any of the 0 drops in hand, casting them is no problem. With Ezuri, we cast him and then chain up to Woodland Bellower , fetch Quirion Ranger and sac that to grab Sage, which will give us our required counters to go infinite.
