This deck is a good candidate for Dolmen Gate too. Might not be worth the slot but it's probably worth putting in the Maybe Board

Palantir of Orthanc is some of the best card draw you can run
Coercive Portal might be good. you won't have too many utility artifacts and enchantments. Still, the ones you have are fantastic. Would still hurt your opponents

I think that there is some potential room.
Tamanoa has limited synergy within the deck. There are only a handful of cards that it can work with, although the combo with Searing Meditation is kind of fun. My question would be, is it worth it to use that slot to try to support a tangential part of your deck when you could be strengthening synergies with your commander and a main mechanical theme within your deck?
You have four large damage amplifier cards in Aurelia, the Warleader, Pathbreaker Ibex, Akroma's Memorial, and True Conviction. I'm not sure you need that many expensive amplifiers when you already have the +1/+1 token theme strengthening your creatures. You could take at least one of those out (the Memorial would be my pick) to make room and help to drop your deck's average CMC. Marath + Cathars' Crusade already gives you really strong inevitability. Going harder into the +1/+1 counter support also lets Shalai and Hallar more easily step up to fill the extra damage role in place of the amplifier that you are taking out.
Getting Firemane Avenger's ability to work can be a little finicky. A Basilisk Collar could be an easier way for you to gain life and pick off creatures with your commander.
Unless Elixir of Immortality is a pick for your local meta, I think that it might be unnecessary for your deck. You are going to either win or lose long before you deck out. Replacing it with Bow of Nylea helps to cover for any need to gain life or shuffle some cards back into your library while also giving you another way to reload counters onto Marath or give it deathtouch.

SaberTech, those are some great suggestions, but I am not certain if I can make room, for them, and both Doubling Season and Forgotten Ancient perform very similar functions to Hardened Scales and Conclave Mentor.

Marath is a good commander for a deck like this because it looks like the strat is to push to the late game where you can start dropping your larger creatures. Marath is good for keeping opponents' early game creatures in check. There are a few cards that I think could help it do its job though:
-
Hardened Scales and Conclave Mentor let Marath remove one +1/+1 and then put two more back onto itself.
-
Basilisk Collar and Bow of Nylea give Marath Deathtouch so that it can ping even large creatures to death.
-
Heliod, Sun-Crowned gives Marath lifelink and essentially turns Marath into a machine gun. Just make sure to only activate Marath's damage ability for 1 mana each time.

Skull Prophet would be a good mana dork for the deck since if you don’t need its mana for a turn you can mill yourself two cards instead

Oriq Loremage, Buried Alive and Entomb all seem like would be perfect in here but not even seeing them on your maybe list.

Cool lifegain build! +1
You might also like the Soul Sisters (Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant) as reliable lifegain triggers. Also Suture Priest and Daxos, Blessed by the Sun for similar effects.
Rhox Faithmender if you want another lifegain doubler.

this deck contains a lot of cards people hate such as Armageddon and both elesh norn.
the point of the deck is simple, you ramp until you are able to get your stip mine and/or wasteland that you will spam to blow up lands of others. the commander helps to get more odds of hitting them or just value because there's not a ton of draw in the deck.
valkyrie's call is in the deck to have a reanimation because a lot of the time people blow up the board and makes you think back on your life choices.
there's an ulamog in the deck in case you play against an otk mill deck.
the finisher is simple, you have the nature's revolt/etc and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. if you can't use that, there's the triumph of the hordes with enough creatures. if by some miracle you can't do this too, u got armageddon with heroic intervention or splendid reclamation to do the trick.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful comment and the suggestions!
Mana/land has not been an issue with this deck. Sure I get mana-starwed occasionally, as I do with all decks. But the ramping works well here.
As for your suggestions, the only two I feel I would need is the Temur Battlecrier (OMG, How have I not seen this before?!?) and the Rattleclaw Mystic. Bloom Tender is nice, but can not mana-fix me in certain situations.
Reading it a second time, Reckless Barbarian did become a bit more interesting. But the two other cards are not for this deck I feel. The limitation of two basic forest in the search criteria for the sorcery, makes it not worth it for this deck. And the dragon itself is underwhelming at 5 cmc.
I should maybe test changing out Dragon's hoard for the Cursed mirror tbh. Best thing is if comes out as a non-legendary copy of something. ^-^
Thanks again!

Also, Phyrexian Alter (or Ashnod's Alter, or any free sac outlet like these alters) + Great Henge + Murderous Redcap = limitless Murderous Redcap sacs, then limitless 2 damage ETBs, and defeat everyone

Add Phyrexian Alter and you'll have an infinite loop with Kresh and Animation Module. If you want infinite colorless mana loop, use Ashnod's Alter instead of Phyrexian Alter.

Lol hell yeah, I'm glad you liked it Goldbranner.
I see it's in your sideboard, but have you tried Red XIII yet? I was gonna suggest him, given that he's a Trample & Vigilance anthem. I've been liking it in my Szarel deck, mostly since Jund doesn't get much access to Vigilance otherwise.

Mortlocke TY!! this makes a lot more sense. total user error on my end (im still pretty noobish at MTG and have very few ppl to play with, i must have mis-presented the lands to whom i was playing against, and that's why they said it wasn't legal) then, the deck played much better after learning this!!
also great work on the page. looks great!

I'm still a bit on the fence how soon I'll transform Norman. Getting him out super fast is good practice, the idea of transforming him by turn 3-4, not sure how that will play out, or if it's worth waiting. Burnished Hart has been an auto include in non green EDH decks since I first saw it in Theros. I predicted that card would at one point be worth something ($2 for a brief moment in history.) It's always been a good card to me. Thanks for pointing out the reason Training Grounds isn't worth it is for the one time cost; it's a card better suited to frequent activated ability use.

turns 1/2 mana & setup. turn 3 ikra. turn 4 bruse but current problem is at 6 mana (at best) and only attacking for 4 (albeit gaining 20 life) is too slow - consider UR dragon deck turns 4 and 5 or a control deck just casually playing wrath?

So apparently this is a bolas citadel deck and also apparently flipping beacon of immortality with b-citadel while rhox in play is really good. needs a way to constantly remove lands to be an actual combo-centric deck. maybe worth pursuing?

enraged, thank you for your interest!
Yes Sphere Grid is great! I've been eying Jenova, Ancient Calamity or Danny Pink as well... I just really can't get myself to include universes beyond to my commander decks - yet. Perhaps there will be a time i get over it - starting spiderman there even is no telling anymore with the bottom emblem.
Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares are very solid and definitely to be considered next to Lethal Throwdown or Get Lost! I should run more removal in Reyhan. Taking newer brews I made in comparison, Reyhan runs an embarrassing low amount of interaction... That said, in my experience i don't often run into removal issues with Reyhan. You fairly quickly draw into a board wipe or take a backup plan.
I thank you for your insights! I definitely will consider them.

Ignite the Future: Three spells for two mana seems pretty good. Flashbacking it later for six mana doesn't seem horrible either.
While I like the card, I don't really get your justification for Training Grounds. You're not going to activate the transformation abilty more than once per Norman casting; between those times it'll mostly just sit uselessly unless you got Burnished Hart out (which by the way is IMO overrated, as is Solemn Simulacrum). Animation Module seems out of place too, Norman conniving and other +1/+1 counter-puttings doesn't seem like they'll happen too often.
