Tbf, hall makes mana, just colorless. I understand the tribulations of tri color non green decks. It's not that Foothall crater makes mana either, it takes away a land to use it. It's the tapped and life loss that make it a real issue. I completely understand.
Ah yes, I missed that. I'm actually surprised you're running entomb in this deck. I do see reanimate though. How has entomb been for you?

I gotta be careful with the enter play tapped lands, especially ones that don't make mana. Kaalia is in 3 colors that aren't particularly rampy, although white has been getting support in recent years.
I would never pay for Anger ;) it would be Entomb target #1

Thank you for your quick response, I understand your position.
Regarding haste sources, while you do run flame village, I thought hall of bandit would be a potential form of redundancy in a land slot that frees up another slot. If you're considering anger, then why not just go for Hammer of Purphoros? Costs less, doesn't need to die (although harder to deal with in the grave) and can even make a token (for whatever that's worth)

All 3 commander instants have been in here at some point and all will return once I figure out the correct balance of utility.
General's Kabuto is doing what I need better than Dolmen Gate. Cut.
Mudslide is just tech. Every single creature in the list has flying. I doubt my opponents will have a similar percentage.
Bedlam is grossly underutilized. Not quite Moat but still something. Perfectly captures the Mardu spirit: anarchy. That'd what Kaalia represents to me so I tried to use it.
Insidious Dreams was for late game stacking. Discard 2 or 3 to guarantee finding the right finishers. Might leave the deck too vulnerable.
Isshin, Two Heavens as One clearly has a useful trigger but doesn't have flying.
I'm running Flamekin Village over Hall of the Bandit Lord because it makes mana. Footfall Crater is a solid card. Haste when you need it or cycle away. Perhaps Anger instead?

Well i tested your recomandation and in my opinion "Not of this World" it's work for Eldrazi tribal - optimized and "Blinkmoth Urn" will also ramp quickly "Ad Nauseam" user so i think i will prefer God-Paroh instead of "Blinkmoth Urn".
Ofcousr i use "Emrakul, the Promised End" before several of deck update's and to be honest... it seems to be pretty powerfull etc... but.. twice i draw it in turn 3-4 turn and sorry but it was a dead card because of it's mana cost.

How has Dolmen Gate been playing for you? Specifically, does your meta have a lot of fliers? On the one hand, if they don't have a lot of fliers, given your commander and pretty much all your creatures have flying, is gate necessary? And if they do have a lot of fliers, how impactful is mudslide? Similar question for Bedlam.
Props for running Armageddon and Rebuff the wicked! At the risk of sounding like a broken record, given your deck is commander reliant, Deflecting Swat? Or perhaps even a Flawless Maneuver? Mithril Coat is also a good protection option that is reputable and easy to cast.
Have you thought of potentially swapping out Footfall Crater for Hall of the Bandit Lord? While hall can't be used the same turn, and does cost life, it is a haste outlet that is less likely to get you 2 for 1ed, and it takes a land slot, freeing another slot for whatever you need, probably draw. Unless you don't focus too much on draw given you're game plan is just to destroy them quick and easy with overwhelming cheating into play advantage.
How has Insidious Dreams been and what to do you tutor for? I've personally never liked it given that discard is additional cost to cast and you don't even get them into your hand. Especially given this is a combo deck and you are already low on draw, what exactly is the gameplan with it? Perhaps I'm missing something?
Thoughts on swapping out Strionic resonator for Isshin, Two Heavens as One? Resonator costs less, is less likely to be removed, and is easier to cast but requires you to have mana open. Isshin costs more mana, is harder to cast and easier to remove but doesn't require additional mana.
Mother of Runes - Protection
While I adore expedition map, have you thought of swapping it out for another ramp piece? You have about 5 pieces of ramp. Swapping map for Mind Stone or another 2cmc ramp spell can help you bring your commander out earlier. Of course mind stone's draw is nice too.
I'm sure you've went through most of these suggestions as you originally made the deck given your expertise in EDH but I would love to rack your brain regarding your thought process. Let me know what you think

As for Questing Beast, that was kind of a meta game call, as I can see it being somewhat useful, but I was thinking also, that it was probably the closest to the chopping block. As for more draw, definitely something to consider as I tend to run out of resources fairly fast, but I have yet to play the deck, so who knows how it will go in the end. But would certainly want to get things situated if I can first, since I don’t have too many opportunities to play.

Some good suggestions, for sure, I certainly need to pick up a greater good for this deck, that seems real solid here. I forgot about that card, as apparently I don’t have any more copies. The amount of forests is a balancing act, for sure. But some of the other fetch’s should be put in.
As for cost of suggestions, don’t worry about that, if I can’t get something, so be it, but I’d rather have the suggestion than not as it will help to give other ideas also, and where to improve, and, who knows, maybe I already have what you might want to suggest. There’s not much I can’t get regardless, eventually, if I try hard enough. Thanks for the assistance.

ramp is something you should really enhance. You have a lot of high mana costs but no ways to get there faster. The mana curve is kind of high. Your Nature's Lore, elves, Ilysian Caryatid, etc.

Things that give trample, flying, etc. evolution charm fodder Cover of Darkness if the assassin creed reprint brings it down. mr orfeo doubles already, so you can think power and hatred and protection if you need room. You should be able to attack strong enough you can leave your defenses down.

I don't see a lot of draw in here, how about a Momentous Fall or a Shamanic Revelation? For something more on theme although symmetrical, Horn of Greed. Greater Good is also a great option. It's a sac outlet to prevent theft, exile and can net you a ton of cards.
Castle Garenbrig - Simple ramp
Fetchlands like Fabled Passage, Terramorphic Expanse and even Myriad Landscape are potentially worth considering. Especially given you run crucible and ramunap. You run a lot of basic forests. Have you considering swapping some of them out to create additional utility in the mana base? Sadly a lot of the more powerful lands are expensive but there might be some that are worth considering depending on what you're looking for.
Potential Cut - Questing Beast. I don't see how it's purpose in the deck. Is it a meta call for a PW deck?

I've considered Precursor Golem before, but it would benefit my opponents more than me, I've always thought. I don't have a lot of spells that target my own stuff, meanwhile one random removal spell could wipe my board if they target Precursor with it.
Arcbound Ravager would be a good card, I just dont have one ATM. If I see one in a store I'll pick one up eventually.
As far as the name goes, it's just a fun reference cuz I've always liked Dune a lot. If I could think of a way to make this Dune themed I would tbh lol.

To be clear, I wasn't necessarily suggesting Ward of Bones per say. That being said, test it out and lmk how it goes.
Regarding Pararaoh's Statue, I understand the potential. Having a stax piece like orb and then statue can make it more difficult for opponents. Maybe ramping into it for 6 mana early game hoping there is another stax piece along side of it, just for them to usually cast nature's claim or another cheap removal spell just feels bad.
Swapping out Ward of Bones and Statue in favor for either more ramp or interaction such as Not of this World would be much more beneficial IMO.
Another potential land that might be worth considering, especially given that you run Karn now is Darksteel Citadel. It can help with triggering mox opal as well, not that it is really an issue.

IMO get some cheap-ish planeswalkers and battles to increase the maxinum number of Loot cards. I'd suggest cutting down on spell cards since they can help Loot.
Also, while they're pretty bad, you might want to consider Cloak and Dagger and even Eyes of the Wisent in order to tick the Tribal/Kindred type in addition to Lignify. C&D can at least give Loot shroud for some resiliency, and Eyes... well, it might trigger, sometimes. Both gives up to two cards with Loot at least.

Hmm, depends on the card. This is my actual current list, but I can work towards other things if I need them. I do actually have a scapeshift and thought about putting it in, but that interaction between splendid reclamation, I didn’t think about, for some reason. But that’s definitely a good call, I’ll try and put that in somewhere. Any suggestions on what I should cut?

Might want to add a Misdirection, potentially over commandeer. It's easier to cast in both modes. It can "Counter" counterspells while redirecting targeted removal, draw and extra turns. If you're using commandeer on a removal spell most of the time, this is pretty much the same.

Korvold, Fae-Cursed King is a big threat in himself and a great sac outlet.
Rotting Regisaur is a strong creature to fling.

Karn, Legacy Reforged - Ramp
Have you thought of swapping out Void Winnower for Emrakul, the Promised End? Given you're in colorless, it can be hard to interact with the board at times. Emmy is a powerhouse which can potential be cheaper to cast that Void, not to mention it's potentially high ceiling. To sweeten the pot, Gerrard's Hourglass Pendant is synergy with it and helpful on it's own given your potential for over-extending (assuming no flash enabler).
Phyrexia's Core > Treasure vault(?) - Core acts as a sac outlet to prevent artifact theft, exile and most importantly, remove The One Ring. Ironworks is the only other card that can remove it. Having another card (a land which can be tutored for) is an additional form of redundancy that you might find more useful than treasure vault if you meta is on the more competitive side.
Potential cuts....
- Blast Zone - Too slow, especially for potential higher powered or cEDH games.
- God-Pharaoh's Statue - Unless you ramp into it, it's not that impactful. Given you already have a lot of redundancy, this is your weakest card in the deck IMO. You could potentially swap it out for another control card such as Ward of Bones but you're better off lowering the avg cmc of the deck.

wallisface I swapped out a bunch of creatures that were inefficient from a sacrifice standpoint and made some other changes. I learned about persist loops & milling via Altar of Dementia, but that feels like a less fun win condition to me compared against persist looping direct player damage or pumping my creatures.
I noticed that I kinda made a hole in my mana curve at 3 mana. Is this important? Any other ideas for improvements from here? Thanks again as always!
