About this deck

This deck is a pure control deck which wins by dealing commander damage with Tasigur or any of the Planeswalkers. The game plan is to counter their spells and remove their creatures and to cast Tasigur for the mere cost of 1 black mana.

The deck plays no cantrips or ramp spells (like Brainstorm, Preordain, Cultivate and such), but a very high land count, because of Tasigur's ability. The point of that is forcing the opponent to always give you back a counter or removal.

With the use of Delve (Treasure Cruise, Dig Through Time, Murderous Cut and Tasigur himself), you can get rid of cards you do not want to get back any longer.

The deck consists almost completely of instants, so you can pass the turn with enough mana left to either counter, play removal or tap out to get some cards back from your graveyard.
