The theme of this deck is two-fold.

1. Cheat cards into play. Flicker manifested cards, cast them without paying their cost, or reanimate them from any graveyard.

2. Use the tools available to other players. Play cards from their hand, graveyard, or take control of it in the stack.

These abilities are empowered by or payoffs for Aminatou, the Fateshifter's +1 and -1 abilities.

The maybe board consists of cards removed from the base pre-con.

This deck isn't completely budget, but I did set one while building it.
