Reality Acid

Enchantment — Aura

Enchant permanent

Vanishing 3 (This permanent enters the battlefield with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)

When Reality Acid leaves the battlefield, enchanted permanent's controller sacrifices it.

Nice Pauper Merfolk deck. A thought-Reality Acid doesn’t seem to pull its weight here. It’s too slow and ineffective for . I’d recommend replacing it with either more countermagic or maybe a lockdown type card. Something like Volrath's Curse would offer more value.

Changes to be made:

Aviation Pioneer for Aspiring Aeronaut : Same effect for lower CMC. Flying blockers can be a weak point for this deck.

Burdened Aerialist for Wall of Runes : Trading filtering for treasure production, adding another potential combo piece to the mix.

Inspiring Overseer for Skyscanner : Same effect for same CMC with lifegain attached.

Mulldrifter for Search Party Captain : Better digging option with the upside of being able to be evoked if in a pinch. SPC being dependent on attackers is good for when Abdel has made enough tokens, not great in your opening hand though.

Soul's Attendant for Dwarven Priest : Better long term lifegain option with a lower CMC.

Stonehorn Dignitary for Watertrap Weaver : Why tap an opponents creature when you can stop them from attacking at all? Yes they will be able to use their remaining creatures as blockers, No Abdel doesn't care when he attacks with 100x 10/10 soldiers.

Watcher for Tomorrow for Augur of Bolas : Better digging option with less chance to whiff.

Pristine Talisman for Manalith : Can give infinite lifegain when Abdel is in a blinking loop, and this deck doesn't necessarily need the mana fixing.

Ephemerate for Teferi's Time Twist : Far better value, lower CMC, and returns Abdel immediately rather than at the end of the turn.

Settle Beyond Reality for Voidwielder : Another blink loop option with a hard exile mode for opponents creatures, better all around for the same CMC.

Reality Acid for AEthersnipe : Hard removal for less mana.

Fellwar Stone and other two cmc rocks will replace the three cmc ones over time to lower the curve even further.

I thought about an Abdel combo deck yesterday and came across this one. Love the budget nature of it and want to suggest some more cards that fit the description:

Inquisitor Exarch: Life gain or life drain? Why not both

Reality Acid:

A card I've dreaded since I have seen brago players use it. This will end the game, as all your opponents permanents will be gone. Riftwing Cloudskate, Spine of Ish Sah do the same trick. Tho the spine is mana intensive

Lavinia of the Tenth: she is an excellent control card that blocks your opponents mana rocks/dorks and many other things. You have plenty of blink cards in this deck, so you can surely do that every turn until you go infinite

Nadaar, Selfless Paladin/Radiant Solar/White Plume Adventurer: infinite dungeon ventures also wins the game

Hey, well done so far, but you forgot Command Tower.

One advantage of Bargo's blink to consider expanding on is blinking noncreature nonland permanents especially enchantments such as Reality Acid and Omen of the Sea. The advantage of more noncreature permanents is they're harder to remove than creatures and they survive creature board wipes. For artifacts, Strionic Resonator gives you another Bargo trigger to blink all your nonland permanents again. Basalt Monolith is good ramp because blink can untap it.

Some cuts to consider to add the card suggestions above are Ponder could be cut for Omen of the Sea since with blink Omen gives you a repeatable Ponder-like effect. Saw it Coming could be cut for Reality Acid since you have many other counterspells, but not permanent removal. Mistmeadow Witch could be cut for Strionic Resonator since you have other better creatures who can blink. Burnished Hart could be cut for Basalt Monolith to improve ramp.

Some budget land upgrades to consider:

Good luck with your deck.

Hey, nice upgrades of the precon and keeping the overall deck price under $100 is impressive.

Arcane Signet is a budget staple of Commander that you should strongly consider adding in place of Sphere of the Suns . The deathtouch theme looks out of place/used as filler from the all the other cards that show me that you do have good card sense on a budget. The deathtouch theme isn't needed here as it's not giving bonus interaction with Aminatou's blink or draw/put card on top of library.

Some creatures with deathtouch are good such as Baleful Strix and Gonti, Lord of Luxury , but these cards are good not because they have deathtouch instead because they do something when they enter the battlefield (ETB) which blinking them gives you more value. The deathtouch is a nice bonus, but it's not needed.

The card spots that are being used by Mardu Hateblade , Alchemist's Gift , Coat with Venom , High Priest of Penance , Tidehollow Strix and Gifted Aetherborn could be replaced with more permanents that have interaction with Aminatou, blink or cards with miracle.

Felidar Guardian + Aminatou is a combo to infinite blink Guardian and Aminatou since when you blink Aminatou with Guardian a new object of Aminatou ETB which lets you use it's -1 loyalty ability again to blink Guardian who then again blinks Aminatou and repeat. If you add Oath of Teferi then each time you -1 loyalty Aminatou you can do it again thus you can blink two permanents with each Aminatou. The first being any other permanent you control which can be a win condition and the second is Guardian and repeat.

Other good interactions with Aminatou + Felidar Guardian + Oath of Teferi :

If interested I offer more advice including some budget land upgrades. Would you like more help? Good luck with your deck.

Hey, good upgrades so far of the precon on a budget. Nice upgrades of Guardian, Peregrine, Lavinia, Jailer, Dignitary, Reflector, Swords, Counterspell.

Brago + Strionic Resonator + Sol Ring is infinite blink by copying the combat damage to player trigger of Brago. Another budget combo is Brago + Archaeomancer + Walk the Aeons for infinite turns by repeatedly recurring Aeons with Archaeomancer. Aeons is reprinted in the newest set Time Spiral Remastered thus I expect it will fall in price a week after when the set is released, it's already down to $5 at TCGPlayer.

You can take real advantage of Brago's ability to blink some budget enchantments.

Some other budget cards to consider adding:

If interested I offer more advice including cuts to consider. Good luck with your deck.

Blue mostly just bounces enchantments. To actually get rid of them, your only options are artifacts like Meteor Golem or waiting it out with Reality Acid.
