Primary strategy: 1) Steal creatures with Rubinia; 2) sac creatures for benefits; 3) untap Rubinia; 4) repeat steps 1-3 as needed. There is a lot of redundancy so that you should be able to easily make Rubinia hexproof, untap her as needed, sac creatures as needed, remove opponents' hexproof when needed, make yourself hexproof to guard against their inevitable wrath, and make Rubinia indestructible when they resort to board wipes.

This deck naturally led to two sub-themes: artifacts and untapping, so I've tried to include as many spells/creatures for which either or both of those matters. As for win conditions, basically clear out everyone else's creatures with Rubinia then go to town with big stuff like Metalwork Colossus, Broodstar, and/or Darksteel Juggernaut that can win you the game if you have a ton of artifacts, which you should. Mechanized Production can technically also win, but your opponents likely won't let it survive long enough. However, it is especially good since even if your opponents manage to remove it before it would cause you to win, it will still increase the number of artifacts you control. Who doesn't want an extra Sol Ring or two ... or Darksteel Juggernaut, for that matter?
